Long ago I did not cook anything, I wanted something tasty and quickly. I remembered that as a child, my aunt treated me with donuts, it seems, they were curd, so I decided to bake donuts from cottage cheese.

Even when I was a student, this cottage cheese was eaten almost every day (by profession I am a technologist for the production and processing of food products, the profile is milk, so in pairs we produced cottage cheese, cheese, yoghurts, in general, all dairy products).

So, we will prepare donuts from cottage cheese according to the classic recipe. We will need the following products: a pack of cottage cheese (it's better to take a fat-free dish, since donuts we will fry in oil, it usually contains only 1% fat and is considered a dietary product), 200 grams of flour, 1 egg, 100 grams of sugar, soda, lemon juice, A little salt and frying oil.

To begin with, we rub the curd with a fork until a homogeneous curd mass is obtained, then we drive the egg into the cottage cheese with sugar and salt. Soda is quenched with lemon juice and mixed with cottage cheese. Then add the flour in small portions and knead the dough for donuts. We give the test to stand for half an hour. Then from the dough roll balls, with a diameter of no more than 2 cm (they swell). To prevent the dough from sticking to your hands, oil your hands with oil. We lower the donuts from the cottage cheese into the preheated oil (they should float up) and fry until golden brown. Take care that no drops of water enter the oil, otherwise it will crack. On average, donuts cooked for about 6 minutes. Finished donuts from cottage cheese we take out and spread on a napkin, so that excess oil is absorbed. We roll in sugar powder and serve it to the table.

Such donuts are lush and tasty. Especially children like donuts from cottage cheese, the recipe of which I described above.

By the way, cheeses donuts with citrus peel and cinnamon are not bad. I happened to taste such donuts in one local cafe in oriental style. Coats the edge of the donut with boiled condensed milk and molds a slide. Top with sugar powder or decorate pieces of fruit. The children were just delighted with such a delicacy. And the adult is unlikely to resist.

It should be noted that for those who want to lose weight donuts are not the best option, because they are quite high in calories. In this case, it is better just to eat cottage cheese with fruit fresh, and give donuts to children, they certainly do not think about the figure.

By the way, in some recipes, instead of fresh milk, dry is used - since on ordinary milk the dough turns out to be thin, and the dry milk absorbs excess moisture in the test. But it's a matter of taste, who likes it more, and milk powder is not always found in the closet. I prefer the first recipe, it's the easiest and donuts are delicious, they are well roasted from the inside. Although the second option is also no less delicious, just fuss with the test more.
