Buckwheat soup with chicken - great dinner for the whole family

Soup with buckwheat will be enjoyed by the whole family. It can consist of many different ingredients. Most often they make buckwheat soup with chicken, mushrooms, pork. And sometimes you can meet recipes even with tomatoes, kvass, apples or grapes!

Buckwheat soup with mushrooms

You will need:

  • Two hundred grams of any mushrooms (for example, champignons);
  • One hundred gram of buckwheat;
  • Five potatoes;
  • One carrot and an onion;
  • A pair of cloves of garlic;
  • A little vegetable (sunflower) oil;
  • A pair of leaves of laurel, salt, pepper.

Chop onion, finely chop carrots, pour them into a frying pan and pass through in oil until golden color is obtained.

Cut the mushrooms with plates, add them to the vegetables and fry for three minutes.

Now take another frying pan, pour buckwheat onto it and heat it over a small fire. As soon as the grains begin to open, reduce the fire to a minimum and keep it until all the buckwheat is fully opened.

Take a pan, pour in it two or three liters of water, let it boil, then sprinkle cereals and pre-cut potatoes. Add salt and bay leaf, cook for ten minutes (or until the potatoes are ready).

Now put the mushrooms in the pan with vegetables, chopped garlic and greens. Cook for a couple of minutes.

Buckwheat soup with chicken

Ingredients for its preparation:

  • Half chicken;
  • Two potatoes, bulbs and carrots;
  • Fifty grams of buckwheat;
  • Sweet pepper, salt, favorite herbs - to taste.

Separate the chicken fillet and wash it. The remaining parts - fat, skin and bones - fold in a pan.

Then throw the peeled and finely chopped (or rubbed) vegetables: an onion, one carrot and greens.

Pour water, and let it boil, then make the fire minimal and cook for about twenty minutes.

Cut the meat into small pieces and put them into boiling strained broth. Cook for about eight minutes.

Now add the cubes of potatoes, and after another three minutes - buckwheat, which until then should be thoroughly washed and dried.

Add a buckwheat soup with chicken, fry the remaining carrots and onions, then pour it into a saucepan. Add the pepper.

Before serving the dish, decorate it with herbs.

Buckwheat soup without meat

For cooking, you will need:

  • One hundred gram of buckwheat;
  • Four potatoes;
  • One carrot (small);
  • Root of parsley;
  • Two onions;
  • one egg;
  • Butter, greens to taste.

Crumble the vegetables: potatoes, carrots and one onion, combine them in a saucepan and boil until soft.

After that, salt them, add buckwheat to the pan and mix the contents thoroughly.

Cut the second onion and fry on one tablespoon of butter.

Now pour a small amount of broth from vegetables and cereals into the pan, stir, then pour it back into the soup.

Boil the soup for one hour. At the end, season with yolk - pour it in a thin trickle.

Buckwheat soup with chicken is a very satisfying and nutritious dish. You can experiment with some ingredients based on your own preferences. For example, chicken is very well combined with mushrooms, so you can add both components to the soup. Glad your family with new delicious dishes!
