Briol. The recipe for mincemeat in an omelette
Briol, the recipe of which we will consider in this article, is not just a dish. It is also a way of frying the products in the egg mixture. There is a breeze (the recipe for making it is quite simple) from minced meat, fish, whole piece of chicken or pork. Let's try to make several dishes.
Take half a kilogram of good minced meat. If you do not have time to do it at home with the help of a kitchen processor (in this case it is better to scroll two or three times), ask to grind to you the selected piece in the meat department of the store.
This amount of minced meat will require six eggs, a few pickled cucumbers to prepare the dish before serving, a couple of large tomatoes, greens, garlic and mayonnaise. In the twisted meat add one egg, pepper and salt, mix well. Divide the resulting mass into five or six balls. Egg whisk with a pinch of salt. Now, using two pieces of cellophane (suitable bags), form flat cakes of minced meat. Put a meat ball on one sheet of polyethylene, cover the other. Knife smooth the stuffing into a thin cake - this will be your briol. The recipe of the preparation involves the use of a rolling pin, but the above method is simpler and more convenient.
In addition to the products listed in the previous recipe, you will also need champignons. Minced meat immediately mix with eggs and fry in a pan in the form of a single solid plate. Mushrooms cleaned, cut. Too to fry. Prepare a filling of mushrooms, mayonnaise, garlic, onion, cheese and pickled cucumbers, cut into thin plates.
