Cooking method:

Fruit cake with apricots and dates

Ingredients: 120 g dried dates, 120 g dried apricots, 60 g raisins, 70 g pinyon seeds, 300 g flour, a bag of baking powder, 0.1 g ground saffron, 170 g sugar, 4 eggs, 100 g kefir, powder for vanilla sauce , 40 g apricot jam, 130 ml vegetable oil, 20 g water.
