Of these, fats prevail - 24.2 grams, then proteins - 15 grams, and last place carbohydrates, their only 2.5 grams.

Appearance and taste of the product

The cheese is quite dense in its consistency, albeit soft in texture. It is easy to spread on a sandwich or crackers. Its color is light, slightly yellowish in color. There is no pronounced cheese yellowness.

The flavor of the cheese is weak. It's hard to notice. The taste is dominated by milky notes, slightly sweet. Cheese does not have a pronounced taste, the aftertaste remains light, invisible. Soup - this is a dish in which the broth is extremely important, even if it is a question of soups, purees, in which there is absolutely no liquid. Therefore, the taste of this broth itself can be given in various ways. For example, processed cheese is a good addition to a number of traditional soups.

If you add a small piece of melted cheese in a pea rich soup and mix it thoroughly, you can get a rich flavor and creamy note. Also it will add the first dish of density. The same can be said about vegetable soups, in which processed cheese makes a bright aftertaste.

An example of this dish can be a cheese soup with vegetables. To make it, you need the following products:

  • Processed cheese - 2 pieces;
  • Potatoes - 2 medium tubers;
  • Carrots - 1 medium root vegetable;
  • Green peas - 150-200 g;
  • Canned corn - 100 gr
  • Leek - 200-300 g;
  • Salt, spices to taste.

First of all, you should prepare the curds. It is better to clean them in the fridge so that in the future it can be easier to grate. Also, the soup can be cooked on any broth, choosing a tender and dietary chicken, pork or beef. Cheese is also combined with a turkey.

In the broth add the peeled vegetables, cut into small cubes. Then comes the turn of fresh or frozen peas. You should boil all the vegetables for seven or ten minutes. Then, grated cheese and canned corn are added. In this broth all the time you need to interfere so that the cheese is dissolved. Now you can add salt and other spices, at the end of cooking - finely chopped white leeks. Then the soup is covered with a lid and allowed to stand for ten minutes. Serve this dish best with croutons from white bread.

Salad with squid and melted cheese

Recipes with melted cheese are quite popular. Despite the fact that many of them describe the preparation of soups, there are both original and quick salads, in which cheese plays an important role.

To prepare a quick salad you need:

  • Squid carcasses - 300 g;
  • Processed cheese "Druzhba" - 1 piece;
  • Boiled egg - 2 pieces;
  • Garlic - to taste.

The first step is to remove the cheese in the freezer. Then the squid carcasses are boiled. Cooked ingredients are cleaned of films and cut into small strips, and finely chopped eggs should be added to them. Then comes the time for cheese: it is better to grate it on a fine grater and add it to the salad. Garlic is passed through the press. The more denticles, the sharper the salad will turn out. At this amount of ingredients, traditionally take two small cloves of garlic. You can season salad with sour cream or mayonnaise, depending on the desire of the cook.
