Buckwheat cutlets: the recipe is the first (most simple and accessible to everyone)

  • 250 grams of buckwheat;
  • Two cloves of garlic;
  • 25 ml of butter;

The process of making cutlets at home will look like this:

  1. Send a glass of buckwheat to a pot of water (two glasses). After boiling, salt a little porridge. Cook until done.
  2. Then add the butter to the buckwheat porridge , stir well, let it cool down a little.
  3. At this time (while the porridge is cooling), peel the garlic, as well as the onion.
  4. Next, cut the greens gently.
  5. After you send the mess to the blender or the meat grinder. Add the garlic, as well as the onions.

  • Five eggs;
  • bulb;
  • 50 grams of fresh parsley;

  • 600 grams of minced pork;

  • Three tbsp. Tablespoons of sour cream;
  • 5 tbsp. Spoons of breadcrumbs.

Process of cooking cutlets with minced meat at home

About half an hour before the start of cooking cutlet, boil the buckwheat and sprinkle a little. In parallel with this, boil four eggs hard. Peel onion, chop, fry on sunflower refined oil.

  • 100 grams of breadcrumbs, greens;
  • two eggs;
  • Three cloves of garlic;
  • One bread;
  • bulb;
  • 50 grams of cream;
  • 400 grams of champignons;
  • Two carrots;
  • A glass of buckwheat.

And now we are preparing buckwheat cutlets with mushrooms. The recipe is simple, but the dish turns out to be incredibly tasty!

First you should wash the buckwheat and weld it. After wash the champignons under running water and cut into slices. Fry with chopped onion. Next, put the vegetables in a blender and carefully mix.

Then put the carrots to cook. Chop the greens with garlic.

Warm the buckwheat in a blender with greens. Here you have almost ready forcemeat.

Then add the cooked carrots to the bowl of the blender. Now grind it well and mix it with the rest of the stuffing. Combine the ingredients, beat in the chicken egg, pepper and salt.

Add bread soaked in cream to the stuffing.

Recipe for buckwheat cutlets with cheese

To prepare these cutlets you need:

  • bulb;
  • 125 grams of buckwheat;
  • salt;
  • 100 grams of cheese;
  • two eggs;
  • greenery;
  • 50 grams of butter;
  • pepper.

The way to prepare them is easy to remember:

  1. Put the buckwheat in a sieve, rinse thoroughly under a stream of cold water.
  2. Then put it in a saucepan with boiling water (salted). Cook for about twenty minutes (maybe a little more).
  3. Grind the hot porridge with a potato mullet to a practically homogeneous mass.
  4. Peel the onion, cut it small.
  5. Preheat a couple of spoons of butter in a frying pan, fry onions until golden. This process takes only four minutes.
  6. Combine the roasted onions and buckwheat mass, grate the cheese on the grater. Mix everything.
  7. In this mass, add spices, salt, raw eggs. Then mix well.
  8. Put a frying pan with vegetable oil. From buckwheat mass, form cutlets, roll in flour or breadcrumbs.
  9. Spread them on a heated frying pan with butter and fry buckwheat products on moderate heat until ruddy.
  10. Serve them hot. Especially tasty such cutlets with tomato sauce.

Lenten patties with mushrooms: recipe

Such products like those who stand fast. Also they will be appreciated by those who are on a diet and vegetarians. To prepare the lean buckwheat-mushroom chops, the recipe of which is presented below, you will need the following ingredients:

  • Two carrots, medium in size;
  • salt;
  • 250 grams of buckwheat groats;
  • bulb;
  • pepper;
  • 600 grams of mushrooms;
  • spice.
