  • Take one glass of rice, rinse it under running water and boil until half cooked.
  • Process 11-12 Bulgarian peppers, cut off each tip, peel off the partitions and seeds.
  • Peel two large bulbs from the husks, cut them into quarter rings and fry in vegetable oil until clear.
  • 500 grams of carrots thoroughly washed, and then peeled. Rub it on a large grater, put into a frying pan and fry along with onions for a few more minutes.
  • Combine the prepared vegetables with rice, stir them, add salt and ground pepper.
  • Fill the peppers with the minced meat and place them in a Teflon-coated pan.
  • Kilograms of tomatoes wash, pass through a meat grinder or a juicer. Pour the peppers with tomato juice and simmer them on low heat for at least an hour.
  • Fry two more shredded onions in a frying pan and add the roast in tomato sauce. Extinguish everything together for another quarter of an hour.
