Peppers Stuffed With Cottage Cheese And Vegetarian Peppers

It is then necessary to buy them and, after cleaning the core, freeze them, folding them into a compact pyramid, so that later (in the winter and in the spring) they will delight the home with a delicious dinner, because the stuffed peppers are not only a hearty and fragrant dish, but also a mass of vitamins, .

The recipe for stuffed peppers is quite suitable for a festive table as a hot dish, or snacks. Rich peppers from rice with minced meat are good for a full dinner, and vegetarian (vegetable) stuffed pepper will become indispensable for those who watch their figure.

Stuffed peppers are made quite simply, everyone chooses the filling according to their preference. It can be cottage cheese or vegetables, meat, eggs, rice or other porridge. Today you will learn how to cook peppers stuffed with cottage cheese at home, as well as a vegetarian recipe for cooking peppers.

Peppers stuffed with cottage cheese. Ingredients:

- Six Bulgarian multi-colored peppers (for a dish to look festive, you can buy red, orange, green, yellow, as well as peppers with multi-colored veins);

- 180 ml-g of granular cottage cheese ;

- 180 ml-g of creamy white oil;

- two cloves of purple garlic (it is more tender, but no less acute);

- large salt and ground pepper to taste;

- a bunch of dill.

Peppers stuffed with cottage cheese. Preparation:

  1. Rinse the pepper under running water, gently cut off the hat and remove all the seeds. From the bonnet we put on the peduncle, and we chop it very finely.
  2. We take the cottage cheese and put it into a prepared container, there we send soft butter, peeled and crushed garlic, chopped dill, caps from peppers, large salt and ground pepper. Shake everything with a mixer. You can put all the ingredients in a blender and stir there. If neither one nor the other is present, thoroughly beat the pepper - curd mass with a whisk.
  3. The resulting mass is sent to the prepared peppers. Filled with curd vegetables should be cooled, and before serving cut into thick rings, which can be decorated with whole branches of any available greens.

In peppers stuffed with curd, you can add softened in hot water raisins or finely chopped apricots, then, instead of salt and pepper, you should add a little sugar and a teaspoon of honey. This dish is very popular with children who need such a dish as a full-fledged source of calcium and vitamins.

The second dish will be stuffed pepper "Vegetarian". For him we need the following ingredients:

- six Bulgarian sweet multi-colored peppers;

Two small carrots;

- two small, any sort of zucchini ;

- a small purple bulb;

- 200 ml-g of any ready-made mushrooms (boiled);

- a pair of fleshy tomatoes;

- 60 ml-g tomato paste;

- clove of purple garlic;

- 70 ml-g steamed rice;

- large salt and ground pepper;

- parsley and dill a bunch.

Peppers stuffed with vegetables (vegetarian) cooking:

  1. Rinse the pepper, remove the cap and scrape the inside.
  2. Boil steamed rice with a large salt, washed.
  3. We cut it on a combine or grate on a grater of vegetable marrow with onion and carrot, put it on a hot frying pan, greased with vegetable oil and passer, adding sliced mushrooms and tomatoes, seasoned with salt.
  4. Finished mushrooms with vegetables are transferred to a colander with a tray to the liquid of the glass, and the sauce is preserved.
  5. We chop fine greens and pour into rice, we also send mushrooms with vegetables, mix everything and fill the peppers, close the resulting stuffing with a hat.
  6. We spread the stuffed vegetarian pepper into the prepared container (upside down) and prepare the sauce.
  7. For the sauce, we need to take the liquid, tomato paste, a little water, a large salt and ground pepper, expressed with mushrooms and vegetables, all this well mixed and poured into prepared peppers (ideally 2/3).
  8. After the peppers stuffed boil, cook for 38 minutes.

Vegetarian peppers are ready, served to the table in hot or cold form. You can pour low-fat sour cream or fat-free yogurt.
