Bulgarian pepper stuffed with mozzarella cheese

A surprisingly simple and very tasty dish of vegetables and meat. Especially piquant taste adds mozzarella cheese and garlic. Preparatory process will take no more than fifteen minutes, and cooking itself - 45 minutes. All ingredients are based on four servings. You will need:

  • Bulgarian pepper (any color) - 4 pcs .;
  • Ground beef - 500 g;
  • Bulb of medium size - 1 pc .;
  • Boiled rice - 180 g;
  • Two cloves of garlic;
  • Tomato sauce (liquid consistency) - 300 g;
  • Mozzarella - 100 g;
  • Salt to taste.

Stages of preparation

The proposed recipe for baked stuffed peppers is pretty simple. A little time - and as a result on the table a tasty and healthy dish. Cooking process

Preparing the dish is extremely simple. It is necessary to mix all the ingredients for the filling in a separate bowl, thoroughly mix the mass until smooth. Then stuff the prepared peppers with the cut off cap. After gently place them in a deep, oiled baking sheet, tightly to each other and close the previously cut off "hats". Add a little water (1/3 cup) and bake in the oven over low heat for several hours so that all the ingredients are soaked in the taste of each other.   • Large Bulgarian pepper (multi-colored) - 4 pcs .;
  • 170 g of film (or rice);
  • 460 ml of vegetable broth;

  • 400 g of black beans (ready-made);
  • 170 g of corn;
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed);
  • For 1.5 tsp. Ground cumin and red hot pepper.

These are the main ingredients that pepper will be stuffed with. In addition to these, one ripe fruit avocado, lime juice, ground coriander, crushed red onion and a little bit of salsa sauce will be needed as an addition.

How to cook?

It takes a little time to pretreat the products to cook the baked stuffed pepper according to this recipe. Kinoa should be boiled in vegetable broth until ready, the process will take about twenty minutes. In this case, the groats should become "fluffy" and absorb all the liquid.
