Smoked pork ribs

To prepare such a hearty and aromatic dish, Alex Zimin recommends using the following ingredients:

  • Pork ribs - about 1 kg;
  • Honey fresh liquid - 50 g;
  • Soy sauce - about 50 ml;
  • Sand sugar - 25 g;
  • Vegetable oil odorless - about 50 ml;
  • Black large-leaf tea - 20 g;
  • Rosemary - 3-4 stems;
  • Onion sweet - 4 heads;
  • Balsamic vinegar - 25 ml;
  • Pepper fragrant ground, salt fine, parsley fresh - add to taste.

Cooking process

It makes such a hearty and tasty dish quite easily. For this, it is required to mix soy sauce, honey, black ground pepper and refined vegetable oil, and then carefully beat everything with a whisk. The resulting mixture should be coated with all the processed pork ribs and put them in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. After this time, you should take a large frying pan, layer it with a foil and pour rosemary and black tea. Next, the dishes should be put on a strong fire, and on top of the frying pan install a sieve and lay out in it pickled pork ribs. In this position, the meat is recommended to smoke under the closed lid for about 40 minutes. After this, the ribs should be placed on a baking tray and baked in an oven (for 20 minutes at a temperature of 185 degrees).

For a side dish to such aromatic meat Alex Zimin suggests the following recipe: it is necessary to cut a sweet onion into thin half rings, to soak it on low heat, before sprinkling salt and adding balsamic vinegar. Before serving, the dish should be decorated with fresh parsley.

Delicious pie with lamb

Such hearty pastries can be prepared for regular family meals, and for the festive Easter table. For this we need:

  • Dry yeast granulated - about 12 g;
  • Light wheat flour - about 500 g;
  • Vegetable oil odorless - 35 ml;
  • Salt of large cookery - 2/3 of a dessert spoon;
  • Fresh garlic - 4 cloves;
  • A lamb of frozen or fresh lamb - about 600 g;
  • Basil dried - 25 g;
  • Dry white wine - 1/3 cup;
  • Oregano - dessert spoon;
  • Parsley fresh - about 20 g;
  • The egg is large - 1 pc.

Mix the dough

Dry granulated yeast is required to fill with warm water and leave for 10 minutes aside. After this, in a deep bowl, sift the wheat flour and make a deepening in it. Further in the resulting fossa should pour yeast and vegetable oil, and add a little salt and mix everything thoroughly. Ready basis is required to leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

We make stuffing and bake pie

To make the filling, chop the meat of lamb and fry it in vegetable oil with garlic and salt. After that, it is required to pour dry wine and pour finely chopped parsley, dried basil and oregano to lamb.

When the filling is completely ready, the dough has to be divided into two parts and rolled them to the size of the mold. One layer must be laid on a baking sheet, greased with a beaten egg, put the fried meat and close the second part of the base. Then you need to fix the edges of the dough, make holes in the semi-finished product for the steam exit, and then put in the oven for 40 minutes.

Bananas in cream cheese

To make such a delicious dessert, Alex Zimin recommends using the following components:

  • Cream fatty - about 400 ml;
  • Cinnamon - 1-2 sticks;
  • Condensed milk - a pair of standard jars;
  • Cream cheese - about 400 g;
  • Bananas ripe - about 4 pieces;
  • Cinnamon ground - ¼ dessert spoon.

How to cook?

To prepare a tasty and fragrant dessert, take a saucepan, pour in fatty cream, add condensed milk and 2 cinnamon sticks. The resulting mixture must be boiled over low heat for about a quarter of an hour. Next to the mass should be added cream cheese and mix everything thoroughly using a whisk.

Peeled ripe bananas should be cut lengthwise and straight into exactly 4 parts. After this, ½ of the finished sauce is to be poured into the pan, and then put the bananas and add the remaining cream with the condensed milk. All the ingredients must be sprinkled with ground cinnamon, put in an oven and bake for about 25 minutes.

As you can see, Alexei Zimin's kitchen provides for using only simple and quite accessible ingredients. After all, to make refined dishes, you only need to show culinary fantasy, and not to acquire strange and expensive products.
