You will need:

  • 350 grams of chicken breast, cut into pieces (the size of one bite);
  • 1 teaspoon of tea paprika;
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder;
  • 1/4 cup of wheat flour;
  • Original red chilli sauce.

Since you use small thin pieces of chicken meat, it is logical to assume that they will be fried very quickly. Therefore, the optimal cooking temperature (to ensure a crispy crust) is 230 degrees. Stir fillets with garlic and paprika, then with flour. Take the baking pan with non-stick coating, wrap it with foil and add a little oil. Arrange pieces of chicken so that they do not touch. Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 10 minutes. Turn all the parts over and cook for another 4 minutes.
