We need: two and a half glasses of flour, two eggs, one glass of kefir, half a cup of sugar, a small spoonful of soda, a glass of jam (any of those found in the closet on the shelf or in the refrigerator - most importantly, without pits).

We begin preparation: in the beginning it is necessary to mix a dough on mayonnaise and kefir - as on pancakes in its density. We can filter the preserved fish from the liquid, knead it slightly with a fork until a homogeneous mass. Onions are fried in lean oil, add to the fish. There - boiled rice. Stir the filling.
