Baked trout in a royal way

Ingredients: one trout trout, two glasses of low-fat cream, half a lemon, lemon balm, mint, parsley, bay leaf, salt and pepper.

A carcass of trout weighing up to two kilograms is cleaned from scales, entrails and films. Rub the fish with black pepper, salt and put the carcass into a baking dish. Pour trout with two glasses of low-fat cream, in which previously add parsley, lemon balm, mint, and bay leaf. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and set the shape with the fish. This dish is baked for about 40 minutes. When the fish is ready, take a pre-warmed dish, decorate the fish with mugs of lemon and finely chopped greens. Leave the remaining sauce on low heat until it thickens and serve it in a separate gravy boat.

Baked trout in its own juice with potatoes

Ingredients: one carcass of fish, half a lemon, one kilogram of potatoes, two tablespoons of vegetable oil, one piece of onion.

Clean fish from scales, entrails, films and rinse thoroughly. Cut the fish on a paper towel. When the trout dries, salt and pepper the fish, smear it with aromatic spices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Boil 1 kilogram of potatoes until half cooked.

Take a sheet of foil and gently apply a thin layer of vegetable oil. Vegetable oil will require very little, it is necessary so that the trout does not stick to the foil during baking. Next on the foil lay two layers of potatoes, cut into circles. On the top layer of potatoes lay the fish and fill it with cream or mayonnaise. From above on the fish beautifully put rings of onions.

Gently join the edges of the foil so that the juice of the fish does not leak out. Bake the trout in a preheated oven for 40 minutes. Serve fish with finely chopped herbs and other vegetables.

Baked trout. Recipe for cooking fish with vegetables

We present to your attention an amazingly tasty dish, which is called "Baked trout with vegetables." Here, trout meat will have a tender and juicy taste, and the fish itself will turn out with a crispy crust. It is impossible to refuse such a dish, it will please all your guests.

The recipe is for four people.

Ingredients: trout weighing two kilograms, three tomatoes, one small zucchini, lemon, two cloves of garlic, two tablespoons of soy sauce, butter, salt, pepper and seasonings for fish.

Preparation: Clean the fish from the entrails and rinse it. Salt and pepper the trout, and sprinkle with soy sauce inside. Cut the lemon and onions into half rings. Put half the rings of onion and lemon inside the fish. Place the trout in the baking dish. Then cut the squash and tomatoes with rings, salt, oil and set the form in the oven. Bake trout with vegetables at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Decorate the warmed dishes with lettuce leaves, and from above place the ready-baked trout. Along the edges, spread the vegetables. Fish should be decorated with greens, leaves of rosemary and thyme.
