How to cook a confiture of pears

You can prepare fruits, vegetables and berries for the winter in various ways: for example, in the form of jam, jams, juices. This article will tell you how to make a confiture of pears. You may have a question: "How is it different from jam?" And the fact that it is used for harvesting conventional sugar, and for confiture - gelling sugar and, if desired, add gelatin. Confiture of pears is quite easy to prepare. The process of preparation does not take you much time. So, let's get started.

Confiture of pears: recipe

Main Ingredients :

  • Pears ripe (1 kg);
  • water;
  • cinnamon;
  • Gelling sugar;
  • Cloves;
  • nutmeg.

Technology of preparation

Wash the pears, dry and cut the tails, remove the seeds. Then cut into small pieces. Take a deep bowl. Put the pieces of pear, add cloves and cover with gelling sugar. Leave for twelve hours to make the juice stand out. As soon as the time runs out, take the pan, shift the mass and add water, cinnamon, nutmeg. Cook everything on a small fire for about an hour, until the sugar completely dissolves. Put the pan in a cool place and stop the cooking process. We will continue the next day. We will cook for another 20 minutes, then pour the confiture into sterilized and dry jars. Close the lids, turn it upside down and leave it to cool. Who does not like cinnamon and its taste, that confiture can cook without it.

Confiture of pears and apples: recipe

Main Ingredients :

  • Ripe pears (1 kg);
  • Water (1 glass);
  • Apples (1 kg);
  • Gelling sugar (1 kg).

Technology of preparation

My apples, cut into pieces. We cook the mashed potatoes. In the pan, put the sliced apples, fall asleep with sugar and put on the stove (always on a weak fire). Apples should give juice in 10 minutes. Well we interfere, the power of fire is increased to the maximum and brought to a boil. Again, put the minimum power and still cook for 20 minutes. The mixture should be slightly cooled and wiped through a sieve or special device. Further mine and we cut out at pears a core with seeds, tails and spoiled places. Knife cut into pieces, add to a high pot and add gelling sugar. Stir thoroughly. Cover the lid and leave for the night, as in the previous recipe. The next day the pears are mixed with apple puree and put on a small fire. We bring everything to the boil. Then cook another 4 minutes, while constantly stirring. When the confiture is ready, we'll set it aside to cool down a little. Sterilize the jars and pour mass. Tightly close the lid. Put the bottom up.

Confiture of pears with lemon: recipe

Main Ingredients :

  • Juicy pears (500 g);
  • 1 lemon;
  • Jelly sugar;
  • water.

Technology of preparation

My lemon. Then we boil the water in a saucepan, put the lemon, let it pour about 30 seconds. Then take out of the boiling water and pour cold water. This process is repeated several times. We cut into pieces. Pears are also mine, cut out the middle, peeled and cut into pieces. The cut fruits are placed in a saucepan. We fall asleep with sugar, mix and leave for twelve hours. When the time runs out, put the fruit in a wide pan and put it on the stove. As soon as it boils, reduce the fire to a minimum and cook for about 40 minutes. Do not forget to constantly stir and remove the resulting foam. Give again the fruit mass for 5 minutes. Remove the confiture and let it cool. We put it into clean jars, close it with a lid. The readiness of the fruit confiture is checked as follows: drip it a bit on the plate, if it does not spread, it is ready.
