Home baking is always in demand, despite the fact that the industry offers a large number of various delicacies. The most favorite children's sweetness is the "Nuts" cookies with condensed milk. The secret of this cookie in an unusual form, a crisp test and a delicate sweet filling. Several decades ago every good housewife in the treasured notebook had carefully recorded the most successful recipe for this delicacy. However, one recipe was not enough. Necessarily needed was a collapsible form with recesses, in which half of the future nuts were baked.

Biscuits with this name can now be bought in the store, but it is noticeably inferior to the taste of home-made "Nuts".

If you are lucky and you have such a form, try to prepare this delicacy reminiscent of childhood. The cookie is not baked in the oven, but on the surface of the cooker.

Recipe "Nuts with condensed milk"

Pound 250 g of butter or margarine with 1 glass of powdered sugar or fine granulated sugar. Whisk the mass until the sugar completely dissolves. Add soda at the tip of the knife and the same amount of salt. If you want, pour half a teaspoon into the mixture, ground with dry orange peel. Now gradually enter into the mass of 2 cups of sifted flour and knead the delicate and elastic dough. Bake the dough until prepared in a special form, filling the groove with 2/3 of its volume.

Prepare the hazel. Before filling the first portion of the test, it should be greased with vegetable oil. It is convenient to do this with a pastry brush.

You can cook the dough by another recipe.

1. Pour a couple of eggs with the third part of a glass of sugar.

2. Add 100 grams of mayonnaise to the mixture.

3. One teaspoon of soda, turn out one teaspoon of vinegar and pour into the mixture.

4. It remains to add a third of the glass of starch and two glasses of flour, a well knead. The dough is ready.

Cool halves neatly trim on the edge, removing uneven edges. The small pieces that remain after this, can be crushed and added to the cream. It turns out very unusual.

Prepare the cream in advance. The easiest way is to go to the store and buy a ready-made boiled condensed milk.

But we will prepare condensed milk ourselves. To do this, you also have to go to the store, choose and buy condensed milk without vegetable and other additives. In the composition should be only milk and sugar. Next, a jar of condensed milk is placed in a pan with plenty of water and cook for about 3 hours. It is very important to ensure that there is always water in the pan. Otherwise, the bank will explode. After the specified time, the can is completely cooled.

Very delicious and more gentle cream is obtained, if butter is added to the cooled condensed milk (100 g or slightly more) and beat well. Here, intervene the crumbs, which are left from the baked "shells."

It remains only to fill the nuts. By the way, it is possible to stuff "Nuts" cookies with jam, nut cream, and marmalade. You can use a thick custard.

The recipe for custard cream for "Nuts".

1. Flour (2 tablespoons), 1 tbsp. A spoonful of starch, 200 g of sugar and a little vanilla thoroughly mix in a saucepan.

2. Using a corolla, gradually enter 150 ml of milk into the mixture, making sure that no lumps are formed.

3. Change the saucepan to a small fire and, stirring constantly, cook until thick.

4. 50 ml of milk and 1 egg whisk well and, stirring constantly, gradually add to the mixture.

5. When the mixture is slightly warm, add to it 50 g of butter, 3-4 tablespoons of boiled condensed milk and a handful of chopped nuts and mix.

From the test, the recipe of which is given in the article, you can cook not only cookies "Nuts with condensed milk". In the presence of special forms, you can make a variety of sweets. Ready-made forms allow baking cookies "Nuts", "Mushrooms", "Squirrels", "Bears" and other products.
