"Sweet cookie sausage" recipe.

For the preparation of traditional sweet sausages from biscuits, you need:

- A polylogram of cookies of sand ("Jubilee", "Strawberry" or other);

- About 400 grams of non-boiled condensed milk;

- 200 grams of softened oil;

- cocoa powder - 5 teaspoons.

First you need to break into small pieces of biscuits, you can do this by putting the cookies in a bag and rolling on it with a rolling pin. Pieces should come in different sizes to look in a sweet sausage, like real slices of bacon. Softened butter (it can not be melted) must be mixed thoroughly with crushed cookies. Stir in the total mass of cocoa, do this in small portions to avoid the formation of lumps. Then the condensed milk is poured in and the mass is made, similar in consistence to the "steep" dough.

Sweet sausage from cookies, the recipe of which is good with both nuts and without nuts, should be viscous, but not sticky. With the help of food film or parchment paper you need to form bars, similar to sausage. Turn the prepared sweet sausages into a bag and put in a freezer for several hours. Serve to the table, remove the sausage from the refrigerator and cut into thin slices. At room temperature, the sausage does not lose its shape at all, it will only become softer.

Useful tips for making sweet sausage:

· If too much condensed milk is caught, then a bit more biscuits should be put in the mass, so that the finished product keeps the shape well.

· Sweet sausage will turn out much more delicious if instead of condensed milk, put custard on prescription: 200 grams of sugar, 150 ml of milk and one egg and mix, stirring constantly, boil. Add the cocoa immediately to the cream, cool it well and make the sausage further according to the standard recipe, only do not forget that the cocoa has already been laid, otherwise the sausage will not be sweet, but bitter.

· An interesting dessert will be obtained if, for example, the sausages are placed inside, for example, store glazed curds. Frozen, with the cut, the sausage will look like a gorgeous cake that can be served even on a festive table. Inside, you can put anything you want, as long as you have enough imagination.
