2. After the appearance of the bubbles, you need to add kefir, eggs, vodka (to make the pies quickly not hardened), oil, salt, vanillin and flour. Flour should be added as much as the dough will take. It is best that all products are at room temperature. The resulting dough should be well kneaded, and then put in a warm place. In this case, it is better to take a large vessel for the test, because it will grow by a factor of three times. We cover the dishes with the towel, leaving only a small gap for air.
3. After about half an hour, when the dough grows a little, you need to crush it and leave it again.
4. When the dough rises again, you need to divide it into several parts.
5. Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out each part of the dough.
6. Cooking stuffing. Fill with boiling water poppy and leave for about 15 minutes. Then drain the water, add sugar and grind everything in a mortar. If desired, you can add a little butter or raisins.
7. On the rolled dough spread the filling, while leaving a couple of centimeters of the edge. Then we cut the edges to make a roll.

11. Bake cakes should be about 30-45 minutes at a temperature of about 180 degrees.

When the dough is ready, you need to mix it again and wait for ten to fifteen minutes, and then start to make patties. Lubricate the finished pies with yolk and leave to stand for ten minutes. After this, put them in the oven with a temperature of 210 degrees for fifteen minutes.
