As for the glaze, it is made simple. Tile milk chocolate (one and a half tiles) are broken and spread into a bowl. There, fresh milk is poured in. Put the food on the fire, the contents of the dishes slowly melt (to a homogeneous state).

Forming dessert

Cake "Iceberg" is formed easily and simply. A single biscuit cake is spread on the tartar, and then greased with 3 tablespoons of cream. After that, the remaining pieces of biscuit are dipped in the same sour cream and spread over the cake.

Having received a peculiar hill, it is poured with the remains of the cream and immediately sent to the cold (for ¼ hours).

Decoration process

As soon as the cake "grabs" in the refrigerator, it is decorated with chocolate icing. For this, a thick and fragrant mass is scooped up with a spoon and doused with it all the dessert. Depending on how much chocolate you used, the cake can be completely covered with glaze or just decorated with an "openwork net".

Serving a gentle dessert to the table

After decorating a homemade dessert, it is again sent to the cold. This time the Iceberg cake is kept for 12 hours. During this time, the cake and pieces of biscuit must soak well, become tender and very tasty.
