Manicure wet: the recipe and the secrets of cooking

A gentle and easy-to-prepare pie is perfect for a festive table. To prepare such an incredible dessert you need a minimum set of products. The most popular are such pies: classic, mannik wet, with citrus, raisins and dried apricots.

Manka appeared in the Russian kitchen after the invention of the mills. Over time, it became not only cooked porridge, but also cook a variety of dishes and bake pies. Dozens of variants of this dessert have already been invented.

Wet manicure: recipe first

To prepare you will need:

  • Milk - 500 ml.
  • Sugar - 200 g.
  • Manka is 250 g.

  • Eggs - 2 pcs.

We put the flour and baking powder. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients - and the dough is ready. Lubricate the baking dish with oil and sprinkle a little with a dry poppy. Pour the dough evenly. Bake at 180 degrees for about thirty minutes. The mannik wet is very soft and gentle. As soon as the pie is ready, pour it with milk and leave it in the switched off oven, so that it soaks well and gradually cools down. This dessert will be enjoyed by children and adults.

Wet mannik - the most delicious: the recipe of the second

To prepare this pie, you need the following products:

  • Kefir or drinking yogurt - 1 glass.
  • Semolina - 1 glass.
  • Wheat flour, preferably of the highest grade, is 1 cup.
  • Milk boiled - 250 ml.
  • About 200 grams of granulated sugar.
  • One medium egg.
  • Soda - 1 teaspoon (about 5 grams), it can be replaced with a baking powder.

Cooking process:

  1. Beat the egg with a pinch of salt in a lush foam.
  2. We add kefir, we mix.
  3. We put a teaspoon of soda, kefir quench it.
  4. We pour on mango, sugar and vanillin. Stir until homogeneity of the mass. We give 10 minutes to stand.
  5. Add the flour. The dough should be quite liquid and resemble sour cream in consistency.
  6. We will grease the mold with oil. Pour the dough carefully.
  7. Bake about thirty five minutes at 180 degrees.
  8. We impregnate thoroughly with milk.

There are a lot of cooking options. In the pie you can add fruit, chocolate.

Mannick with lemon

Required:

  • 1 cup of semolina.
  • Kefir or yogurt - 250 ml.
  • 200 grams of sugar.
  • Two medium eggs.
  • One large lemon.
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder.
  • 2 tbsp. Spoons of any sifted flour.

Preparation:

  1. Munch is mixed with yogurt or kefir. We leave for 20 minutes for swelling.
  2. Whisk egg whites with sugar and vanillin (cinnamon).
  3. Lemon is ground with a blender or with the help of a meat grinder.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together, add baking powder and flour. Consistency should be sour.
  5. If the dough is thin, add a little flour.
  6. Lubricate the pan with oil, so that the pie does not stick. If you use a form of silicone, then it can not be smeared and strewed.
  7. We pour out the resulting mass. Bake for thirty minutes at medium temperature, but not more than 200 degrees. Check whether the pie is ready with any wooden stick.

  • In the dough for sweetness, you can add raisins, dried apricots, lemon peel or marmalade.
