Ingredients:

  • Kefir 1 glass;
  • Egg 1 pc .;
  • Sugar 3 tbsp. L .;
  • Sunflower oil - 3 tablespoons;

  • Flour - (usually 3 cups);
  • Vanillin or vanilla sugar;
  • Powdered sugar (tablespoons);
  • Oil for frying.

Preparation

Rub sugar with egg and salt, pour kefir and sunflower oil, soda and beat again (you can mixer). Using a sieve, sift the flour and gradually pour it, while stir all the time.

After you knead the dough, let it stand for 20 minutes, cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place. While the dough is infused, do not waste time, make the powdered sugar. When the dough is infused, divide it into two equal parts and start rolling out so that you get a thin rectangular sheet. Then cut the dough into medium rectangles, and in the middle, make holes. The consistency of the dough should be very liquid - it should easily pour from one dish to another. Heat the oil in a saucepan to a boil, then direct the dough into a boiling oil with a thin stream. You can use a small teapot with a narrow nose for this. Should be a kind of pattern. When brushwood is browned, it should be reached and placed on a napkin - so remove excess oil.
