The shape of the sweets also depends on your imagination and possibilities. You can make animal figurines (if there are molds) or New Year's candy sticks. To make an orange delicacy, you need to take 250 grams of sugar, 100 milliliters of orange juice, two large spoons of honey and a small spoonful of olive oil. The juice can be bought ready or squeezed fresh. In the sautener pour the juice and pour out the sugar. Bring to the boil and weigh to the desired consistency. Then add the honey and turn it off. The mixture is poured into prepared forms, oiled, and cooled. Very delicious and beautiful New Year candies are obtained.
