If you accidentally formed lumps, you can wipe the mixture through a sieve or whip with a blender until a uniform consistency is obtained. Next, add the powdered sugar and mix well. At this stage you need to check the sweetness of your cream. If necessary, add powder. Do not forget that we will still add cream, but they are not sweet.

The cream should completely cool down. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until lush. In a few portions, we gradually add cream to the cream. Mix gently. So our "Plombier" is ready. The cream turns out very tasty, airy and gentle. It may well be an independent dessert. Particularly good cream in hot summer. The cream gives airiness to the cream.

I want to tell another wonderful recipe "Plombira" based on sour cream. You can not even imagine how many wonderful sweet dishes can be cooked using the cream "Plombir". Its recipes are such that they are not only suitable for cakes, but also for many other desserts, including those for capkakes.

Ingredients:

  1. Sour cream (not less than 20% fat content) - 0.5 l.
  2. The zest of one lemon.
  3. Flour - 3 tbsp. L.
  4. Eggs - 2 pcs.
  5. Sugar - 190 g.
  6. Butter - 1.5 packs.
  7. Vanilla or vanilla sugar.

In general, ice-cream cake is the most wonderful dessert in summer weather. There are many recipes for this dish, but this one is probably the best. Of course, the preparation of "Plombir" is not the simplest thing, but it's worth it.

Ingredients:

  1. One glass of sugar.
  2. The zest of one lemon.
  3. Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) - 2 tbsp. L.
  4. Eggs - 2 pcs.
  5. Salt.
  6. Baking powder.
  7. Butter - 230 g.
  8. Flour - 3 glasses.

For the preparation of cream:

  1. One glass of sugar.
  2. Milk - 0,5 liters.
  3. Oil - 300 g.
  4. Flour - 4 tbsp. L.
  5. Eggs - 2 pcs.
  6. Vanilla.

For decoration:

  1. Powdered sugar.
  2. White marshmallow.
  3. White chocolate - 200 g.

The recipe for the preparation "Plombira"

We rub sugar with butter. Add the juice of lemon, salt and eggs, stir. Next, sprinkle the baking powder with flour and knead the dough. Then wrap it with a film and leave it for a while to stand (at least half an hour).

In the meantime, we will start preparing the cream. Put the milk on the fire. We mix the flour with sugar and gradually introduce a dry mixture into the milk, stirring constantly. We cook the cream until it thickens, after which it must be cooled, and then add the eggs. Again, stir well and continue to cook a couple of minutes. Then cool and add vanilla with butter. The cream should be mixed with a mixer or blender until a light, uniform consistency is obtained. Here is the cream "Plombir" and is ready.

Baking tray should be made with baking paper. We put the dough on it and level it. Next, we send it to bake for forty minutes in the oven. The cake should have a golden hue. Ready to bake we get and cool. Then the cake should be broken into pieces and mixed with cream.

To further prepare the cake you need a rounded container. It can be, for example, a salad bowl. We cover it with a film and spread the prepared mass, it needs to be slightly tampered with. Then we send it all to the freezer for four hours.

We now turn to the preparation of the decoration for the cake. Melt the chocolate in the water bath and draw on the parchment using a pastry syringe florets, leaves, figurines, snowflakes. Correct our drawings, too, in the freezer.

After four hours, take the dish out of the fridge, turn it over to the tray. On top decorate our cake marshmallow and chocolate figures of our own production. To complete the image, sprinkle the cake on top with powder. And again we send the dessert for several hours in the refrigerator.

Additions to the "Plombir"
