Peach with peaches

Sometimes you just want something delicious and sweet, and you do not know what to eat. So I decided to bake a sweet pie with peaches, especially since my boys had long asked for a sweet pie.

First, prepare the dough. We need 600 grams of flour, a packet of butter (or cream margarine), 3 eggs, a glass of sugar with a slide, a bag of baking powder or hydrated soda, vanilla sugar for flavor. Sugar is rubbed with eggs, add softened butter or margarine, add vanillin and baking powder, mix. The flour is introduced in small portions so that there are no lumps, we knead thick dough. On this test the pie with peaches is light and delicious, melting in the mouth.

As a filling we use peaches. For such a pie it will take about 500 grams, it's 3-4 large peaches. Peaches are mine, cut in half, remove the stone and divide the halves into slices. We roll the dough into a layer, put it in a mold so that it protrudes strongly for the edge. We seal our hands and put on top of the peach. Cover the edges with a test, you will get a half-open pie. Bake in the oven for half an hour. Well, our pie with peaches is ready, you can safely treat your relatives and friends.

In general, instead of peaches, you can use any fruit and berries: apples, kiwi, apricots, bananas, mangoes, blueberries, strawberries or jam, if there are no fresh berries and fruits.

As always, I like to experiment based on existing recipes. This time I will tell you how to bake a cake with cottage cheese and peaches. So, to prepare a dough, we need the following products: a butter pack, 1 egg, half a cup of sugar, 200 grams of flour and 1 spoon of baking powder. Eggs, sugar and softened butter are combined, carefully rubbed, covered with a baking powder, mixed again. We add the flour gradually, we knead the dough.

Prepare the filling. We need 1 can of canned peaches (500 grams), two packets of fat cottage cheese (I use 9%), two eggs, a packet of sour cream, ¾ cup sugar, starch 2 spoons, vanillin and lemon juice. In a deep bowl, mix cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, sour cream, starch, vanillin, squeeze juice from ½ lemon. All mix and beat until lush.

The finished dough is rolled out and distributed on the bottom of a deep mold. We fill our magnificent curd-sour mass, take our peaches and beautifully put them in a cottage cheese, we do not press - they themselves will plunge into cottage cheese. You do not need to cut peaches. In fact, it's a sand pie with peaches, as the dough for this recipe is made by sand. This recipe is a perfect pie with apricots. Such a pie should be exactly open, otherwise you will get a raw, incomprehensible mass of dough, cottage cheese and fruit.

It should be noted that any curd cakes should be served cold, as hot curd gives the effect of a raw cake not baked. And if a warm pie is placed for half an hour in the fridge, then you will get an excellent curd dessert for tea.

A cake with peaches and cottage cheese will be suitable for a children's holiday, for example, on birthday, it can play the role of a cake, all children will be satisfied.

Such a pie, of course, is very useful for children, because in curds contains a large amount of calcium and protein of animal origin - all this is simply necessary for the growing children's body and skeleton in particular. Peaches are rich in B vitamins - they, in turn, are responsible for the stable operation of the brain, support the immune system, relieve the feeling of lethargy and weakness, give the baby a charge of vigor and energy.
