It's no secret that the most delicious blanks for the winter are salads that are prepared by the whole family. Delicious salads for the winter from zucchini
For the simplest version, you need 3 kg of young zucchini, 3 garlic heads and 2 large bunches of dill. Still useful salt (one and a half spoons), sugar (100 gr.), A glass of vinegar and vegetable oil.
First you need to marinate zucchini. To do this, cut them with small cubes, add chopped garlic, dill and the remaining ingredients. All this should be done in a sufficiently large capacity, which in the future can be put on fire. The salad is marinated within 24 hours. Then it is brought to a boil and boiled, stirring, for about 10 minutes. The finished dish is spread over clean half-liter jars, sterilized for 15 minutes and closed. Time to prepare this dish will take a minimum, and with the onset of cold weather, all the efforts expended will certainly be appreciated.
Delicious salads for the winter from different vegetables
Closing a salad can be in banks of any size, but the best fit are liter. They are pre-washed and sterilized with steam. Before preparing delicious salads for the winter, you also need to stock up on the appropriate volume, in which all the components will fit, and there will be room for stirring. If it is not at hand, the amount of ingredients can be divided into 2 parts or more.
All the vegetables are washed, cleaned and cut into approximately equal segments, onion - half rings, and carrots can be rubbed. Then they are mixed and moved to a bowl or a pan made of aluminum, so that the salad does not burn during cooking. There also add salt, sugar and oil, bring to a boil and simmer for about 15 minutes, then close in the prepared jars. In the winter they are taken out and enjoy a bright tasty gift of a distant summer.
Eggplant salad
Vegetables, as in the previous version, are washed, cut, and carrots are rubbed. After stirring all the ingredients, let the salad simmer for about 50 minutes (the eggplants are cooked for a long time), and then put them into cans, sterilizing them for another 10 minutes. The closed salad can be stored for several years, but it will end much earlier.
