Of course, for a holiday or a family dinner, every housewife tries to cook something very tasty and unusual, but on weekdays you can submit to the dinner table easier. If after dinner you have leftovers in the refrigerator, for example, boiled or cooked in the oven, you can easily make a simple salad with chicken. Let it be the main ingredient for a hearty meal for dinner, other ingredients can be selected from what you have in stocks: any vegetables (fresh or canned), greens, and can be salted mayonnaise, sour cream or vegetable oil. Simple salad with chicken and corn
For him you will need:
- 400 g cabbage - you can take white or Chinese;
- 2 large tomatoes;
- 1 can of sweet canned corn;
- 200 g of chicken fillet - boiled or baked in the oven;
- 2 eggs;
- mayonnaise and natural yogurt for refueling, as well as salt and pepper.
How to make simple salads with smoked chicken
Smoked bird will give your dish a unique taste and aroma. If you have a leg in your fridge, then you can make this snack. You will need:
- 1 can of champignons in brine;
- 200 or slightly more grams of smoked chicken meat;
- 80 g grated cheese on a large grater;
- 2 onions;
- mayonnaise, which you need to fill a salad, vegetable oil for frying.
Simple Caesar salad with chicken
This constant guest of the restaurant menu is easily prepared at home, there are no special tricks here. Remove from the refrigerator:
- 200 g of lettuce;
- 300 g of chicken fillet - boiled or grilled;
- 50 grams of cheese (any solid);
- crackers with garlic flavor.
For filling, you will need:
- 2 tsp of ordinary Russian mustard;
- 2 yolks, hard boiled;
- 2 tbsp. L. Concentrated lemon juice;
- 70 olive oil - this is 4-5 tablespoons;
- 1 tsp. 6% vinegar, garlic, and salt with pepper.
Salad leaves tear, chicken fillets cut into medium-sized plates. Grate the cheese on a grater. For refueling, carefully mash the yolks with mustard, put the chopped garlic to them, mix thoroughly, and after pour lemon juice and 6% vinegar. Add olive oil and whisk (can blender) until the sauce becomes homogeneous. And now we collect salad: on a large flat plate lay salad leaves, on top of them - chicken plates, pour out garlic croutons. Pour the sauce, and in the end sprinkle with grated "Parmesan". The dish will be better than in the restaurant. It's so easy to prepare 3 different tasty salads from the usual chicken meat.
