Who among us does not like sweets and all sorts of cakes? However, not all housewives know how to bake cakes at home, because it takes too much time and effort. In addition, not everyone has the right recipe for making sweets, but in fact the proportions are the most important part of them. But today you do not have to stand too long at the stove or think what to add to get airiness.

We offer to try to prepare a fairly simple cake "Mink Mole". Its original name is due to its appearance, as it uses chocolate cakes and an air cream, which is smeared in the middle. Cake on top dark, but inside is light and lush. Its taste is simply impossible to describe in words, as all ingredients form an excellent combination.

Let's look at the ingredients that will be required to bake our mink cake. You will need: four eggs, a pinch of salt, 125 grams of butter, sugar, a bag of vanillin, 150 grams of peeled and sifted flour, a batch of baking powder, 10 grams of cocoa, nuts (preferably wood, but also walnuts), 100 grams of chocolate chips, gelatin , 500 grams of berry jelly, 150 grams of yogurt and the same amount of cream. Do not worry, dear housewives, because of the large number of ingredients. The cake "Mink Mole" is very easy to prepare, the ingredients mix very quickly with each other, allowing you to cook this masterpiece in just an hour.

The process of creating a culinary masterpiece

So, all the ingredients are collected, tell how to cook our cake. First, we divide the eggs into squirrels and yolks and we deal with proteins, whisking them with a small amount of salt until a thick white foam is obtained. In another container, whip butter, sugar and vanillin until a homogeneous mass and dissolve the sugar. As soon as this result is achieved, add the yolks. It is recommended to add them one by one so that it is easier to mix the whole mass.

We take another container and mix the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Add the nuts to the resulting mixture. It should be noted that they should not be whole, but crushed, otherwise the tender cake will be spoiled by a rough nut texture. After the nuts, carefully add the proteins. It was a dough for such delicacies, like the mink cake.

We present one more recipe for cooking. It's a bit more interesting. Instead of baking ordinary cakes and lubricating them with cream, we will do the following: we take a baking dish, grease it with vegetable oil and distribute our dough over it. Yes, without stuffing. We put in the preheated oven until ready. As soon as our "patty" is prepared, we take out, let it cool down, we take it out of the mold. Now you need to leave the edges about three centimeters, and completely remove the middle by a few centimeters. "Digging" until the end of the cake is not needed, otherwise the cream will flow. We should have a kind of capacity, in which we will pour the filling. Superfluous dough put on a plate and finely crumb. Further, we lubricate the cake over the whole surface with a small layer of jelly and leave it for a while, so that it becomes impregnated. In the saucepan mix gelatin (until completely dissolved), cream and yogurt. All carefully mix, at the end add to the homogeneous mass of half the crumbs.

The final stage

The last stage of cooking - pour the filling into the cake and sprinkle the top with the remaining crumbs. We put in the fridge so that the cake thickens, and you can eat. You will no longer need to buy cakes and pastries in stores, since such a homemade delicacy will be times more tasty and useful.
