Roll out the dough and cut out the figurines from it, spread them on a well-oiled baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to a temperature of 180 degrees. We decorate the finished cookies with chocolate melted on a water bath. Chocolate will take 100 g.

Try adding a spoonful of cognac to the dough - this trick will make the products crispy. The recipe, according to tastes, can be varied with peanuts, almonds, cinnamon, etc.

Chocolate sausages

A fragrant chocolate sausage is easy to prepare and will please everyone. In addition, it consists of the simplest products: shortbread, milk, butter, cocoa powder, walnuts, sugar and chicken eggs.

600 grams of non-baked cookies are finely chopped and well mixed in a dish with cut 10-15 walnuts. We prepare sauce for our sausage. To do this, melt for a couple of 300 grams of butter and beat the egg a little. We combine sugar (1 glass) with 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, mix and add milk (6 tablespoons). The resulting homogeneous mixture is combined with butter, after, stirring constantly, on a small fire bring to a boil. Having removed from the fire, we are waiting for the mass to cool down a little and introduce a prepared egg. So, the cream is ready. It should be mixed well with pieces of cookies in a dish. Let the mass stand a little. After that, we spread it on food cellophane and form sausage.

Try to completely displace the air, so that the ready sausage does not crumble. From the given quantity of products it is possible to prepare two sausages. Put the finished product in the refrigerator, wait 2-3 hours and enjoy the magical taste ...

For biscuits you need these ingredients:
Butter - 100 g;

Flour 120 gr;

Powder of cocoa - 1 tbsp.

Powdered sugar - 50 g;

For cooking it is necessary to beat the softened creamy butter with sugar powder. Then to sift the flour with cocoa and gradually, constantly stirring, to introduce the oil mass. On a greased baking tray, using a confectionery syringe, squeeze out the dough in the form of sausages, measuring 2.5 cm by 5 cm. And the distance between the biscuits should be kept. Bake about 15 minutes in the oven, preheated to a temperature of 180 degrees. After the products have cooled down, we dip them one side into the melted chocolate, lay out on parchment and sprinkle with nuts. When the chocolate is frozen, you can try the chocolate fingers.

Chocolate sticks

Prepare chocolate sticks for tea. Mix 450 g of flour with a bag of baking powder. Add 200 grams of lard, 2 eggs, 200 grams of sugar, also grated zest and juice from one lemon, half a packet of vanilla sugar. Knead the dough. Roll from it sticks with a finger and a length of 6 cm, put on a baking sheet, bake at medium temperature. Cooled products should be dipped in melted chocolate.
