Cream 'Brulee' recipe

Recipe 1. Ice cream cream "Brule" with curd. This recipe is the simplest, you do not need to warm up anything and watch so that it does not burn. For cooking, you need to prepare 200 grams of fat cottage cheese (fatty cottage cheese is more delicate, so we take this), ½ jar of condensed boiled milk and 50 ml of milk.

Preparation.

1) Boiled condensed milk and cottage cheese is turned into a homogeneous mass with a blender, then pour in the milk and whisk on.

If your cottage cheese is large-bodied - better to pass it through a sieve, so that later in the ice cream there were no curds.

2) We dispense the ready mass in ice cream molds (if you do not have molds, you can use forms from cakes or ordinary plates in case of emergency). We remove it to the freezer until it freezes. On average, ice cream freezes fairly quickly - for 2 hours, but if you hold it longer, it melts slower, but the taste remains the same. Well, here's the frozen dessert cream "Brulee". The recipe for its preparation is simple, the process does not take much time, and the joys of delicacy are more than enough. Especially you can please the kids who always ask to buy ice cream in the store, the home will be much more useful.

Recipe 2. Cream "Brulee" - dessert with vanilla. The following products will be required: ¾ cup of milk, a couple of vanilla pods, 4 yolks, 250 ml of fresh cream (fatty, well obtained from 35%) and 60 grams of granulated sugar.

Cooking method.

1) Milk put on the fire, pods of vanilla is released from the seeds, put into milk and brought to a boil. Then we let the mixture stand for 15-20 minutes.

2) Squirrels are separated from yolks, then whisk yolks with sugar, whip cream during whipping and whisk a little more.

3) Vanilla milk is passed through a strainer, add egg mass and mix well. Milk should not be hot, otherwise the yolks are cooked.

4) Ready mix is poured on glass or heat-resistant molds (not deep). Then we warm up the oven to 100 ° C and lay out the molds for 30-40 minutes.

We get the dessert ready, let it cool down. Sprinkle sugar powder or sugar and caramelize. To do this, you can use a burner or simply use a grill. You should get a crusty crust over the dessert cream "Brulee". The recipe, of course, is complicated, but in the end you will get a wonderful treat, it will not be a shame to submit it to the festive table as a dessert. The top can be decorated with berries, a leaf of mint or fruit. There are a lot of options, it remains a bit of a fantasy.

Recipe 3. Gourmet dessert cream "Brulee". This recipe is a bit like the previous one.

Ingredients:

- Fatty 35% cream - 500 ml;

- 4 yolks;

- sugar - 160 grams;

- 1 vanilla pod;

- for decorating raspberries, blueberries and chocolate.

Cooking method.

1) Cream poured into a saucepan, add a vanilla pod without seeds and bring to a boil, but in no case do not boil. Let's cool the mixture.

2) Take 100 grams of sugar and rub it with yolks.

3) Raspberries and blueberries are washed and laid on molds.

4) We combine the cream and eggs, mix everything and pour it over the molds over the berries.

5) We take a deep shape for baking, pour half the water, put the molds in it and send it to the oven at 100 ° C, for about half an hour.

Then take out the dessert, let it cool down a little. Top with grated chocolate or crumbs and served to the table. Here such a wonderful berry-chocolate dessert can be cooked.
