Classic Prague cake

To make it, you will need: 1.25 cup sifted flour, three eggs, a glass of fatty sour cream, half a small spoonful of soda, a glass of sugar, four large spoons of cocoa.

First you need to extinguish soda in sour cream. Mixing all the ingredients, knead the dough. Split the form with oiled parchment, pour into it a semi-finished product. Put it in the oven, prepare the seam for half an hour, setting the temperature to no more than one hundred and eighty degrees. If you want to make a higher chocolate cake, divide the dough into three parts and prepare three cakes.

While the base is baked, we will deal with the cream. Hundred and fifty grams of butter and a jar of boiled condensed milk beat in a blender until a lush mass is formed. Lubricate the cream of the cakes (or cakes), and pour the surface with chocolate glaze.

For its preparation mix four large spoons of sour cream, as much sugar and cocoa. Next, cook the mass for four minutes, making the smallest fire and constantly mixing it with a wooden spatula. Glaze readiness will be determined by the appearance of bubbles.

Prague cake should be sent to the refrigerator for ten hours so that it soaks. You can store it for about two days.
