But if this is not for you, then such a dairy product can be safely used for cooking a wide variety of dishes. Personally, I really love cheese cake. Cookies from cottage cheese: recipe 1

Prepare the following products:

· Three glasses of flour

· Two packets of cottage cheese

· A glass of sugar

· A half teaspoon of soda

· Three eggs

· Vinegar

· Vegetable oil

· A pinch of salt

Preparation: mix eggs together with sugar, salt. Whip with a mixer. Then enter the soda, slaked with vinegar. Add cottage cheese and stir well. It is important that there are no curds. Put in the flour (while only two glasses) and knead the cottage cheese dough. The third glass of flour we will enter at the stage when the kneading test begins on the table. As a result, you should get a cool dough, which can be easily rolled out. Roll out the dough and cut out any figurines from it. Lay the cookies on a baking tray, which is pre-oiled with vegetable oil, and bake in the oven at a temperature of 180C for about forty minutes.

Ingredients:

· Three hundred grams of flour

· Two hundred grams of butter

· One hundred gram of sugar

· Four apples

· Two hundred grams of cottage cheese

· Pack of vanilla sugar

· Sugar powder

Preparation: Put the flour in a deep bowl, add the previously softened butter and thoroughly rub it with your hands. Add sugar, cottage cheese, and vanilla sugar. Knead the dough for a few minutes. Then roll it into a layer (3-5 mm thick), cut with a round glass of circle. Put on each circle a small slice of apple and carefully wrap the edges. Place the curd cookies with apples on a baking tray and bake until cooked. Cookies will turn out very gentle and soft.

Ingredients:

· Two packets of cottage cheese

· Two hundred and fifty grams of margarine

· Three table spoons of sugar

· A half teaspoon of soda (extinguished with vinegar)

· Two glasses of flour

Preparation: Mix a packet of cottage cheese with butter (it needs to be softened beforehand). Then add a second pack of cottage cheese, salt, soda, sugar and everything in a good way, mix thoroughly. Pour a glass of flour on a board, put a curd mass on it, and pour flour on top again. Dough to remove. It should turn out to be steep. Then it needs to roll out and cut out any figures. What a fantasy tells. Sprinkle the cookies with sugar, fold in half and bake in the oven.
