Cranberry juice. Recipe.

Since the time of our grandparents, cranberry juice has been considered not only a thirst-quenching drink, but also a very effective medicine. The recipe for its preparation is quite simple, but over time gourmets came up with a few non-standard options, no less tasty and useful. Cranberry contains a lot of useful vitamins and trace elements, which helps to speed recovery and strengthens the immune system. So, how to make cranberry juice?

Cranberry juice. Recipe # 1. Standard

A half liter of water will need:

- a glass of cranberry;

- Sugar to your taste (who loves it).

Cranberries must be carefully sorted and washed in a colander under running water, then the berries should be steamed for two to three minutes in boiling water, after which the cranberries are kneaded with a wooden spoon and left on the fire for another five to ten minutes.

Next you need to get all the berries and wipe them through gauze or sieve. Let the juice drain into the pan. When all this boils, you should add sugar to taste. You can use several spoons of honey instead of sugar - it's also very tasty and useful. Give the fruit two hours to stand and it's ready.

Cranberry juice. Recipe number 2. In haste

To 2 liters of water you need:

- 2 glasses of fresh crushed cranberries;

- Sugar to taste.

How to make cranberry juice in this case? Yes, there is nowhere easier! Grind crushed cranberries with freshly boiled water and add to the taste of granulated sugar.

This option is good because the berries are not subjected to long-term heat treatment, and, accordingly, all the useful properties are preserved.

What is needed for 4 glasses of water:

- 2 cups of fresh cranberries;

- 2 tablespoons with a slide of honey.

To begin with, you need to peel and rinse the berries of cranberries, then rub through a sieve with a wooden spoon in a saucepan. Next, the remaining pulp in the sieve must be wrung out through folded four times gauze in some other utensils. Pour four cups of water in a pan, and after boiling, boil on low heat for five to ten minutes. Now you need to strain everything and add the honey, and then pour the previously squeezed juice of cranberry into the resulting fruit. Morse is ready. You can serve it both hot and chilled. It is good that the fresh juice of berries, added at the end of cooking, did not lose its useful substances during cooking.

Ingredients for one and a half liter of water:

- 100 grams of fresh or thawed cranberries;

- 3-5 tablespoons of sugar syrup.

To start the berries must be carefully sorted and washed, after that - squeeze out the juice from the cranberry, and what remains after the spinning - pour freshly boiled water. Boil this broth for twenty minutes, then drain the contents through gauze. When the mors cold, it is necessary to pour the juice of cranberries squeezed out earlier and sugar syrup. Ingredients:

- thawed cranberries (the amount does not matter);

- sugar, sugar syrup or honey to taste;

- water (if necessary).

Berries of cranberries in a colander must be poured with steep boiling water, after which you squeeze the juice into a saucepan. Now it must be filtered through a sieve or gauze and add sugar syrup, sand or honey. If the juice is too concentrated, you can add water to taste, this is at your discretion. Such Morse can be drunk every day and not just once for both prevention and treatment of colds.

Cranberry juice. Recipe number 6. With the help of multivarkers

For a drink you will need:

- two liters of water;

- two glasses of cranberries;

- one glass of granulated sugar.

To begin with, you need to pour water mixed with sugar into the tank of the multivark and set the steam cooking mode to 50 minutes (this is necessary for the water to boil). While the multivarker is busy with work, cranberries need to be brought to the right kind: to sort, rinse, rub through the colander.

Now, when the multivarker gives a signal about the end of the specified operation - it can be turned off. It will serve as a thermos. In the capacity of the multivarker, you need to add juice, squeezed from berries, and the cake itself. All this carefully mix, cover and insist for four to five hours. When the ready mors cold, you need to strain it. For taste, you can also add honey, and you can replace them with sugar from the very beginning. It's up to the chef. Morse can be drunk!
