Dmitry Chugunov. Compressed biography

Many know about the now popular organization Stop Ham, but very few people know that its creator and leader is Dmitry Chugunov, who, with his dedication and hard work, turned it into an international project.

He is a young man who was born in the Russian capital in 1986, on February 25.

Dmitry Chugunov married the girl Anastasia, the wedding took place in 2012. In the same year, the couple had a son, who was named Stepan. At this time, the boy is four years old.

Little is known about the young man's childhood. Attention to himself, he attracted as early as adolescence. Successfully graduated from secondary school in 2005, at the same time the young man actively participates in public activities, becomes a commissar of the social movement called "Nashi", in the same 2005 participated in a meeting of youth with President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin at the residence "Zavidovo" .

After a few years the young public figure decides to get a higher pedagogical education and enters the Moscow State Pedagogical University, the faculty of social pedagogy.

In 2006, he became the head of the movement Our Army, which operates in Ivanovo.

For two years (2006-2008) he served in the Vityaz (Special Task Force) and Typhoon of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation on an urgent basis.

Participated in championships in shooting from a sniper rifle and personal weapons in 2008, where he became a champion. In the same year, he won the judo and sambo competition of the Eastern regional assignment of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

For two years, during 2009 and 2010, he was an instructor in a platoon and a teacher in the city of Moscow on a contract basis.

Stop Ham

In 2010 Dmitry Chugunov became the head of the unique project "Stop Ham". In just a short time this organization from the civil campaign for confronting rudeness on the road turned into a project of national scale.

The essence of this movement was that its participants asked the drivers not to park in the wrong places and labeled the cars-violators. At first, only three girls and Dmitry Chugunov were engaged in this. Parents were not enthusiastic about this idea and tried to dissuade his son. But now the Stop Ham movement is not only aimed at the culture of road behavior, but also tries to educate and instill in modern youth patriotism, honesty, politeness, leadership and collectivism.

The popularity of this project has grown so much that it is known both in the World Wide Web and on television. Only for a couple of years of its existence the Stop Ham organization got into news reports on Russian TV channels, and the total number of TV shows on the results of this movement exceeded one thousand.

At the Federal Youth Forum "Seliger", which was held in 2011 and 2012, Dmitry Chugunov held a presentation and reported on the success of the Stop Ham organization to the President of the Russian Federation.

This project has expanded its borders and has become international, its representative offices operate in Moldova, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, as well as in the Baltic countries.

On March 21, 2016, the project was formally closed, but it exists as a volunteer organization.

Incident in the parking lot

At the end of November 2014 Dmitry Chugunov was injured by the employees of the FSB, (Foundation for Development and Improvement). It all started with the fact that representatives of the administration of Timiryazevsky district of Moscow began without warning to break garages with heavy equipment such as bulldozers. The owners of the garages tried to resist these illegal actions and summoned the leader of the Stop Ham movement to the scene. A brawl began, in which the police intervened only after Dmitry Chugunov was injured. The public figure had to be hospitalized, he received damage to both eyes as a result of the spraying of gas from the pepper spray and various minor injuries of the body. Having completed the course of treatment and rehabilitation, Dmitry returned to his duties.

Television activities

This young man is distinguished by active social and public activities, which took into account the leaders of the television channel of the TVC.

In 2012 they invited Dmitry to his channel to try himself as the leading television project "City Wars". The young man gladly agreed and successfully carried out his work, but this program lasted only one season. The project was closed due to the change in the management of the channel.

Political activity

This young man in 2014 became a member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, as well as the first deputy chairman of the Commission for Public Security and the Public Monitoring Commission.

Consists of the party "Civil Force".

In 2016, in elections to the State Duma, he ran for deputies in the party and Tushino single-mandate district of Moscow.
