Saving Million Lives Through Human Rights.

Today, if you turn on the radio and TV, you can not avoid reporting on another murder, illegal detention, violence, terrorism and other crimes. The Internet is also teeming with "ordinary" news that occurs somewhere in reality, and people sometimes do not even understand their seriousness. One such state of affairs already violates human rights, because everyone has the right to a free and fair world.

In 1948, the United Nations adopted a document that forms the basis of a civilization in which all people and peoples are able to gain freedom. It was the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which set out 30 fundamental rights and freedoms of every person on Earth. After the creation of this document, the UN called on all participating countries to disseminate and publish the text of the Declaration, but, unfortunately, not all countries realized the importance of this document. A well-known 20th-century humanist L. Ron Hubbard said: "Very few governments have implemented at least part of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. These governments have not yet realized that their survival depends solely on the implementation of these reforms, as a result of which the causality of people would be recognized and civilization would be worthy of support, worthy of their patriotism. " One can not but agree that the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was a turning point in the life of society, capable of saving it from moral destruction and degradation. What is being done in the world now to make this important document public?

In 2001 the International Movement "Youth for Human Rights" was created, the purpose of which is to educate people about human rights. Volunteers of this movement around the world disseminate a message about human rights, using various educational materials for this. These are booklets, guides for teachers, as well as commercials and the film "The History of Human Rights", which has several international awards. The materials are produced with the sponsorship of the International Church of Scientology, so that in 92 countries where the "Youth for Human Rights" groups exist, every resident heard about their rights and began to apply them in life. After all, human rights, like the throat of air, can revive people's lives and all the best qualities of life. These are 30 simple rules that can save the lives and dignity of millions of people!
