Proponents of fast ways to lose weight will probably be interested in various options for express diets, the range of which increases regularly. An example of this can be the "Lesenka" diet, which is a phased plan for weight loss, but it is designed for compliance for only five days. It is noteworthy that, following this diet, you can quickly and comfortably get rid of three to five kilograms of excess weight in five days, while the end result will depend on the amount of excess weight at the initial stage. In addition to the actual weight loss, it allows you to come to a significant reduction in the fatty layer. This is due to the fact that the "Lesenka" diet, which is easy to find on the forums, is a step-by-step slimming system and affects fat in the right direction to reduce it. The first day of the diet is the first stage of cleansing the body, therefore, the minimum number of foods per kilogram of apples, six tablets of activated charcoal, and two liters of water, which must necessarily be pure and non-carbonated, are allowed on that day. The third day is the restoration of energy, because the "Lesenka" diet, the results of which can be seen already on the second day, is designed not just for weight loss, but also for preserving the body's own forces. Unlike most express diets, it has no harmful effect on the body. On the third day, two spoons of honey and three hundred raisins are allowed. As drinks in addition to water, you can use compote from dried fruits.

The fourth day includes the use of protein, respectively, the diet "Lesenka" does not put too noticeable restrictions in the use of certain nutrients. On this day it is allowed to use half a kilogram of boiled chicken or any other bird. As drinks only water is offered, and a garnish for chicken meat will serve any greens, the use of which is not limited.

The fifth day, which completes the diet "Lesenka", provides for the direct burning of fatty deposits. On this day, any non-starchy vegetables, as well as two ounces of oatmeal, can be consumed up to a kilogram, which will be cooked on plain water without any additives. The use of sugar is prohibited.

To get out of the diet should be smooth, because otherwise there is a risk to return all dropped weight very quickly.
