Chicken thigh: caloric content and compliance with dietary nutrition. Fried and stewed chicken thighs

Supporters of dietary nutrition in ordinary poultry have always been more attracted to the breasts than the chicken thigh, the caloric content of which is much higher. However, the fillet of many is turned off by its dryness - yet most prefer juicy meat. When under your own bans are more fatty meats like pork and lamb, I would like at least a bird's eye to get more pleasure! And then you can afford to sometimes chicken thigh - caloric content can be reduced by removing the skins and methods of preparation. Naturally, the most dietary was and remains boiled meat.

We cook deliciously

For many, boiled meat is boring. However, it can also be cooked so that later the dish will become your favorite. The main thing here is to remember that to get soft, but not crumbling thighs, they should be put in boiling water, and not in cold water, along with onions and a small carrot. When the water again clogs the key, a half-hour (per kilogram of purchased spare parts) is detected. For ten minutes to an hour X salt and spices are poured; Very elegantly add fresh herbs such as tarragon, parsley or dill. And here before you - a ready, fragrant and delicious chicken thigh. The caloric content of this dish is the lowest and is only 160 kcal per hundred grams of dish - if you, of course, stepped on the throat of your culinary song and removed a harmful skin from your limb. With it, the figure will rise to 177.

Stew with pears

If you are finally tired of boiled foods, allow yourself to occasionally go the other way. Chicken thighs stewed, of course, are somewhat more caloric: every 100 grams they will be injected into your body with 185 kcal, but this is not such a bust. But an unusual dish will be remembered for a long time. First the squares cut the bulb and rub a small ginger root. Onion is parsed (preferably - in olive oil), then ginger is added, a pair of small cinnamon sticks, a little salt with pepper. After mixing, four hips are placed in this sauce, if necessary, a quarter of a glass of water is added, the container is closed and left at rest for 40 minutes. Three fairly hard sweet and sour pears are cut into slices and put in melted butter mixed with a couple of spoons of honey. When the fruit is caramelized, they are shifted to the chicken and stewed with a quarter of an hour. You can enjoy!

We bake in Madeira

Cooked in the oven, the chicken thigh calorie content is higher - as much as 216 kcal, so dieters rarely allow themselves. However, holidays happen to them, and for such a case - our recipe. A kilogram of thighs, washed, with cut fat, is put in an anointed form, sprinkled with salt with favorite seasonings and "massaged" for their better distribution. Lay out should be skinned up. Then the glass of Madera is poured out (you can have dry wine, but the taste will not be the same), the shape turns into foil and put into the oven, where it will hold for half an hour at 210 Celsius. Next, the foil is removed, and the thighs are brought to a crust without it.

By the way, if you remove the skin, the calorie content of the dish will drop to the level of 195 kcal.

Frying thighs

This, of course, is the most harmful way of cooking: fried chicken thighs are tightened by as much as 245 kcal. But in the most solemn occasion you can treat yourself to such a delicacy. Piece six washed thighs are rubbed with pepper and salt, wrapped in a bag and left overnight for marinating. You can skip this step, but the pickled will be much tastier. In a skillet with a thick bottom, sunflower, odorless, oil is heated to the vials, chicken body parts are put and fried for five minutes, then they are turned over and the procedure repeats. With such twists, the process in total lasts about a third of an hour. When the juice starts to stand out clean, without blood, the thighs are smeared with grated garlic, the pan is covered for ten minutes (for rest and aromatization), and delicious meat is served for dinner.
