What to submit for dessert? Strawberry pie or ice cream will please adults and children

Summer is a wonderful time to pamper yourself with fresh berries and fruits. A favorite strawberry ripens almost all before all: first, we enjoy ripe red berries in fresh form, and after the hostess is traditionally brewed jam and make frost for the winter. In the season, take advantage of the opportunity to make a great many delicacies, which you probably will please your loved ones. From the sweet, juicy berries it is easy to cook more than 20 different dishes, not counting their possible variations. For example, a pie with strawberries, and maybe cheesecake, fruit dessert, strawberry sorbet, ice cream, fruit salad, various cocktails and much, much more. Let's start with the simplest recipe.

Strawberry ice cream

That's exactly what will taste to you and your children in the summer heat, so this refreshing ice cream with your favorite berry. You will need about 20 minutes plus a couple of hours to freeze to prepare this stunning dessert. Strawberry, fresh and melting in the mouth - be sure, your girlfriends will beg you to share the recipe. As ingredients for our delicacy you will need:

  • 3 egg yolks;
  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • 2 cups of mashed strawberries (a blender will help you);
  • 1 cup of milk;
  • A quarter teaspoon of salt;
  • 2 cups of thick cream;
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar or vanillin powder on the tip of the knife.

Pound the strawberries with half a cup of sugar, do not get carried away, the finished mass should not look like mashed potatoes. In the pan, pour slightly beaten egg yolks, the remaining sugar, milk, add salt and mix well. Next, the pan should be placed on medium heat and bring the liquid to a boil, but do not boil. After remove the ice cream blank from the cooker and allow to cool in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, stirring occasionally. Then add the cream, vanillin and strawberries pre-whipped with a mixer. And now the most important thing - pour our mixture into a bowl or ice cream molds and put it in the freezer. Summer dessert is ready! Do not forget to stock up on the additive, because anyone who tastes homemade ice cream will certainly want more.

Fast and easy dessert: strawberry pie

In the summer, few of us like to spend long hours at the stove in the kitchen. Therefore, the landlady has to think for a long time what is tasty to serve for dessert. Strawberry cake is an excellent way out, it is ready to go quickly and will suit those to whom, for example, visitors unexpectedly came. While they are sitting comfortably, you can quickly go to the kitchen and get out of the refrigerator:

  • 2 eggs;
  • 3/4 (three quarters) of a glass of sugar;
  • 50 gr. Butter;
  • 3/4 (three quarters) of a glass of flour;
  • About 200 gr. Berries of fresh strawberries plus a few pieces for decoration;
  • Powdered sugar and semolina, if available.

Eggs, sugar and butter are ground until smooth, usually until the crystals completely dissolve in the mass. Add the flour and knead the dough. You do not need to use a mixer, it's better to whip the dough by hand. Next, we lubricate the baking dish, or put oiled paper on the bottom. And now we take our berries - whole or cut in halves or quarters, put them on the bottom of the mold, fill them with the dough and send them to the oven, heated to 190-200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Tip: to get a crisp, before baking cake can be slightly sprinkled with a manga. After 20 minutes, the baking aroma will be carried around the house, while you can still cut the remaining berries for decoration. Once the cake is ready, we take it out of shape, decorate it and serve it to the table. This is the strawberry dessert, the recipe of which will help you more than once. If guests or households really like to eat fresh pastries, you can double or triple the amount of ingredients and bake a cake on a large baking tray.

And if winter?

Strawberry desserts will not leave anyone indifferent, and if snow falls outside the window, it does not matter. Fresh berries have long been sold in stores all year round or frozen in reserve for many housewives. From it, sweets and pastries are not at all worse, and having cooked them, you will feel the taste of summer even in winter.
