  • Sour cream (1 tbsp spoon);
  • Salt (pinch);
  • Wheat flour (2 tablespoons).

We knead the dough from cottage cheese, sugar, salt, eggs and sour cream. Add the semolina (rash it gradually hand, not a spoon, so that no lumps are formed). Let's stand the test for 5 minutes to make the croup swell. Then we pour it (gradually, like mango, sifted wheat flour). We knead the dough (not very thick, but it should not spread also).

Then there are two options for frying cheese cakes - choose the method, depending on what result you want to get.

Cheesecakes from cottage cheese with lime

On a hot frying pan, on which the vegetable oil is poured, we spread the dough with a tablespoon. Fry the curd cake on medium heat so that they do not fall apart when we turn them over. The secret is that the crust of syrnikov, if they do not fall in front of a roast in a mango or flour, will be lacy, and they themselves will be very gentle inside.

Each cheese cake before roasting roll in a small amount of semolina. Form round lozenges of dough and also fry them in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry each side until a crisp crust of manga appears.

Both in appearance and taste, this dish will be very different from the syrnik, which is prepared using manga or flour. By the way, children increasingly prefer this particular variation on the theme of syrnikov.

Cheesecakes from cottage cheese without eggs

Cheesecake is a very "diplomatic" dish - they can be cooked without flour, and without mango and even without eggs. Unless without a cottage cheese this dish in any way to prepare. Pancakes, in the dough for which not to add eggs, are also very delicious. So we take 250 g of cottage cheese (best home, because it is more fatty than the store), simple sugar or vanilla (1-2 tablespoons), flour (3 tablespoons).

We mix the above ingredients. We must have a mass that easily slips into sausage. Next, roll the sausage in flour and cut into pieces. We form the cheese cakes and fry from the heated pan with vegetable oil on both sides. Ready-made syrniki to serve well and with sour cream, and with condensed milk, and with jam.

In the Soviet era, various tropical fruits were in our country hard-to-get exotic. But now, when everything can be easily purchased at any store, old and proven recipes thanks to the imagination of housewives, get a new ticket to the gastronomic life. To make cheese cakes with oranges you need:

  • Cottage cheese (250 g);
  • Sugar (4-5 table spoons);
  • Egg (1 pc.);
  • Baking powder (1 teaspoon);
  • Salt (pinch);
  • Vanilla (to taste);
  • Semolina (5 tablespoons);
  • Honey (1 tbsp. Spoon);
  • Flour (3 tablespoons);
  • Carrots (2 medium root vegetables);
  • Orange peel (from one fruit).

Mix cottage cheese, mango, egg, honey, vanillin and baking powder. Carrots three on a small cassette and also add to the dough together with orange peel. All carefully mix to make the dough thick, but sticky. We form syrniki, roll them in flour, fry in a skillet with butter. Ready-made cheese cakes are served in a warm form.
