A few glasses of flour to sift, add a pinch of salt and soda. Pour a glass of yogurt and knead the dough. Leave it for half an hour, covered with a napkin.

Brewed dough

In 320 ml of boiling water pour a few tablespoons of vegetable oil, add salt. Pour this boiling water to 300 grams of flour, mix well. Gradually add another 350 grams of flour, stirring constantly the mass. Dough knead, cover and leave for half an hour.

Yeast dough

In 0.5 liters of warm (!) Kefir or sour cream add a few teaspoons of sugar, a pinch of salt and soda, as well as 10 grams of pressed yeast. After that, sifted flour is gradually poured (about 1 kilogram). We knead the dough, leave for half an hour.

Potato dumplings

This is a hearty and very tasty dish. How many boil vareniki with potatoes, and in general - how best to cook them? The most common recipe for their creation is the following.

For the filling you will need:

  • Potatoes - 10-15 pieces;
  • Onions - 3 heads;
  • Butter - 50-100 grams;
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Black pepper ground - to taste;
  • Vegetable or butter for frying.

  • Cottage cheese - 400 grams;

  • Vanilla - to taste;
  • butter;
  • Flour (to sprinkle it with dough).

Knead the dough (you do not need to add sugar to it, otherwise the vareniki will fall apart during the boiling process).
