Fast roll for tea in a few minutes

The main reason why people are engaged in baking is the love of sweets and the desire to eat something fresh with tea. Warm roll with sweet stuffing is an excellent way to improve your mood.

In order to please loved ones with a delicious dessert, you will need to prepare a yeast dough. This does not require too much skill and experience.

How to make a dough for a simple roll for tea

Mix the yeast in warm water (about 30 degrees). Add a tiny pinch of sugar to start growing. Let the mixture stand for several minutes. Yeast should be slightly bubbling and foaming. If this does not happen, the water may be too hot or cold. You will have to repeat this step with the new yeast.

What you need to prepare the dough:

  • 1/2 tbsp. Milk and as much sugar;
  • 5 glasses of flour;
  • 4 tablespoons buttery cream and as much melted butter;
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of tea salt;
  • 2 packings of active yeast dry;
  • 1/2 tbsp. The water is warm;
  • 2 eggs, whip a little.

The test preparation process

Preheat milk to a boil in a small saucepan, stir in it sugar, oil and salt. Stir in a wooden spoon with eggs, a mixture of yeast with water and half the amount of flour in a warm milk mixture until a uniform mass is obtained. Put in the rest of the flour and mix well with a wooden spoon until the dough begins to fall off the sides of the dishes. You have to make it cool. Place the dough on a lightly flour-coated surface. Sprinkle your hands with flour and form a dough into a bowl. Then lightly knead it for a while until a uniform mass and elastic consistency are formed. Sprinkle a little flour on top, cover with a clean cloth and leave for 15 minutes.

You can freeze the cooked dough, and then at any time make a roll to tea quickly. If you decide to start baking immediately, proceed with the following steps.

While the dough rises, cover the rectangular baking sheet with two pieces of aluminum foil - place one crosswise, the other longitudinally. Spread the foil with melted butter. Prepare the filling.

Roll out the dough into the shape of a rectangle, grease it with melted butter. Apply a layer of filling, leaving 1 cm of space around the edges. Starting from the nearest long side, roll a tight roll and press the edge firmly. Put the roll in a prepared baking sheet. Lubricate it with the remains of creamy melted butter. Cover the baking sheet with a plastic wrap and put the dough in the room to stand still for a while, so that it rises.

Then preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake a roll for tea until the moment when its top is beautifully browned, it will take 25-30 minutes. After that, remove from the oven and hold for five minutes, and then remove the roll from the baking tray by pulling the ends of the foil. The finished product can be glazed before serving.

Possible fillings

Cinnamon-pecan-raisins: mix 3/4 tbsp. Sand of sugar with 1,5 tablespoons of ground cinnamon. Add the mixture to 1/2 cup chopped pecan and 0.5 tbsp. Raisins or dried cranberries.

Rice with walnuts: mix a glass of sweet boiled rice with 0.5 cups of crumbled walnuts.

Lemon cheese: mix 400 grams of cream cheese with 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1/4 tablespoons of tea salt, 1 egg yolk, a tablespoon of finely grated lemon zest and lemon juice. Such a filling will make your roll to tea especially tasty.

Glaze

Mix 1.5 tbsp. Sugar, 2 tablespoons of milk and 0.5 teaspoons of vanilla extract in a small bowl. You can add more milk if the mixture is not uniform.

This recipe is not the only one. A delicious roll for tea can be prepared in another way. For example, with the addition of flavored nutmeg.

Roll with nutmeg

Ingredients for the dish:

  • 1/2 tbsp. Whole milk;
  • Active dry yeast (2 complete and 1/4 teaspoonfuls of tea);
  • 1/4 tbsp. Sahara;
  • 4 tablespoons butter, slightly softened;
  • 1 large yolk from an egg;
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla tea extract;
  • 2 3/4 tbsp. Flour;
  • 3/4 tablespoons of tea salt;
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg.

How to cook?

Preheat a glass of water and milk in a saucepan over low heat to about 30 degrees. Remove the container from the fire and add the yeast to the mixture, and then sprinkle a pinch of sugar. Leave it for about five minutes.

Whip butter melted butter, egg yolk and vanilla with a mixture of yeast to a uniform consistency. In a large bowl, whip the flour, the remaining sugar, salt and nutmeg. Make a groove in the center, then add a mixture of yeast into it and mix it with a wooden spoon. You must make a thick and slightly sticky dough. Transfer it to a flour-covered surface and knead it to a soft and elastic shape, it will take about 6 minutes. Roll it into a ball.

Lubricate the large bowl from the inside with oil. Put the dough into it, cover with plastic wrap and allow it to rise at room temperature until the moment it doubles in volume. It takes about a little more than an hour.

Take the dough from the bowl and mix it a little more to remove excess air from it. Again, roll it into a ball, spread a large piece of polyethylene film with oil and wrap a piece of dough. Put it together with the film in a bowl and put in the refrigerator for the night (no less than four hours).

Having done the previous day, you can prepare a roll for tea in a hurry. This is useful in case the arrival of guests is expected, but your free time on the eve of their visit is limited. This roulet is baked in the same way as in the previous recipe. As a filling, anything can be used - from jam and boiled condensed milk to a mixture of poppy, nuts and dried fruits. Ideally, this dough is combined with a mixture of poppy, sugar and cinnamon.

The fastest recipe

Sometimes there is a situation when it is necessary to prepare a fast roll for tea in 5 minutes, and a pre-prepared dough is not available. What to do in this case? Under such circumstances, you can recall the "grandmother's" recipe, invented in the era of shortages of food. For him you will need:

  • 1 can of non-brewed condensed milk.
  • 1 egg.
  • Flour (about 1 glass).
  • Soda at the tip of the knife.
  • Any sweet stuffing.

Quick roll for tea: a recipe with a photo

Mix all the ingredients until the consistency of thick sour cream. The amount of flour is taken by eye, the main thing is not to shift it. Lubricate the pan with any oil, pour a thin thin layer of dough onto it. Put in the oven, turned on for a temperature of 180 degrees, for 5 minutes. Then take out the finished dough, quickly grease it with any stuffing and immediately turn into a roll. If it cools down, it can not be twisted.
