  • Milk - 500 ml

- quick-dissolving yeast - 1 full tablespoon;
- flour - 1,5-2 cups;
- sugar - 2-3 (to taste) tablespoons;
- some salt;
- Warm water (boiled, of course).

If we want to try unsweetened pancakes, then we can try to cook them from zucchini. To do this, take:
- 2 zucchini
- one egg
- 1,5 - 2 tablespoons of flour
- 100-200 gr of Mozzarella cheese
- salt, pepper, dill, basil, garlic - to taste. And, of course, vegetable oil for frying.

Zucchini and cheese should be grated, mixed with the rest of the ingredients. If zucchini are heavily watery, you can squeeze them a little before adding products to them. Pizza fritters can even be cooked on the grill, served as a light snack.
