"The grill is a delicious nutty cake," others will say. It is very sweet and nourishing, can be as soft or rather hard. And this opinion is also correct.

In fact, the grilling is nuts, coarse, filled with thick fruit jam or sugar syrup and dried. It is customary to call any dish or confectionery product, which includes nuts and sugar. These include some sweets, cakes and cakes.

To prepare the grill, you will need:

  • 100 g of granulated sugar;

  • Remove the dishes from the fire, add the lemon juice, mix. The juice will prevent the mixture from solidifying. As an option, in the process of making sweets, you can use honey instead of cooked sugar.
  • Pour a mixture of dried apricots and nuts into a sugar-lemon stock and mix well with a spoon.
  • Using a spoon, which should be constantly moistened in cold water, form the balls. You can do this directly in your hands, which should also be constantly moistened in cold water.
  • Next, each ball is stuck on a toothpick. It is better to do this with screwing movements - this will prevent the balls from falling apart.

Then you should prepare a base for sweets. To do this, with constant stirring, melt on the water bath slightly less than half of all the available chocolate. After that, the plate is smeared with butter and applied to it hot flat round chocolate rings - there should be exactly as many as the grilling balls created.

Next, you should melt the remaining chocolate on the water bath. Nut-sugar-fruit balls are completely covered with glaze. Each candy should be put on a chocolate base, take out all the toothpick sweets, and cover the places where they were stuck with chocolate. After that, the ready-made sweets are removed for half an hour in the refrigerator to freeze.

The rest of the melted chocolate with a spoon on a clean plate is applied some drawing, which will be an ornament, provided for when feeding. A plate with a pattern is also for 30 min. Clean in the refrigerator. Half an hour later, candies and dishes with a picture are taken from the refrigerator to beautifully lay out. Ingredients

The grilling cake is prepared from the following products:

  • 200 g of butter;
  • 200 ml of honey;
  • 4 glasses of wheat flour;
  • Sugar (half cup);
  • 1 tsp. Soda;
  • 5 ml of apple cider vinegar;
  • Two eggs.

Caramel is made from the following ingredients:

  • Cocoa powder (5 tablespoons);
  • 400 g of butter;
  • 8 tablespoons of honey;
  • 2 walnuts;
  • Two glasses of sugar.

How to cook?

First, the dough is made: sugar is beaten with eggs, honey is added, then the mixture is stirred. Put butter in the pan and melt. Pour into the egg mixture and stir. Add the flour.

Next, the dough is mixed. Flours may be needed more than indicated in the recipe. The main thing is to make sure that the dough does not stick to your hands. Then you need to "extinguish" soda, add it to the dough and mix thoroughly. Divide the dough into 6 balls, equal in size. Each ball is spread on a baking sheet or in a special form, pre-lubricated with margarine and sprinkled with flour. Then the balls are rolled into the cakes.

Each cake is pierced with a fork, put for 15 minutes in an oven, heated to 180 ° C. Then you should do caramel. To do this, chop the nuts (should be 2 cups). Melt the butter. In turn, add sugar, nuts, cocoa and honey. Put on the fire and cook with constant stirring for about 5-7 minutes.

Then the prepared caramel is smeared with cakes and collect the cake, as usual. The top should be lubricated so that the caramel flows painstakingly to the side parts of the treats. The cake should be allowed to cool and soak for 5-6 hours. The resulting refreshment will decorate any table and will please the guests, gathered for a tea party.
