How to cook a marble cake

Tasty and delicate homemade pastries always delight relatives and guests, and if it's a marble cake, then many associate it with childhood. It is prepared quite simply, but an interesting drawing on the cut and a pleasant chocolate taste, both adults and children are very fond of.

One of the recipes for this dessert is the following. Mix flour (3 cups) with a baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix 100 grams of oil with a mixer and a half cup of sugar. Three raw eggs are added here in turn, whilst still having to be beaten. Gently in the mixture is poured a glass of milk and dry ingredients are poured out. The dough is well mixed, so that no lumps remain, and is divided into two halves. In one of them is added dry cocoa (you can also chocolate syrup). In the prepared, greased dough-shaped dough poured, alternating layers. It is baked at a moderate temperature for about an hour. On top of the marble cake sprinkled with powdered sugar, you can also grated chocolate. This ratio of products is approximately 20 servings. Serve it to the table slightly cooler.

You can make a marble cupcake using the following method of cooking. 3 raw eggs are divided into yolk and protein. The latter are beaten with half a glass of sugar before the formation of foam. In the yolks the same amount of sugar is added, thoroughly mixed. Both parts are carefully connected. In a prepared bowl, put a glass of flour, as much softened butter, egg mixture. Blender or mixer dough mixes, put hydrated soda, is divided into two parts, one of which is mixed with cocoa powder. The dough is placed in layers greased with oil, light and dark. The marble cake is baked for 40 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees. In this case, the time can vary, depending on the characteristics of the oven. This recipe can also be used for the bread maker, in which after the dough is placed in the mold (as described above), the desired mode is set (most often "Baking", 50 minutes).

The name of the marble cupcake was due to a bizarre pattern, which is obtained when two colors of the dough are mixed as a result of cooking. Dry cocoa, used to impart a dark color, can be replaced with melted chocolate, however, the taste in this case will change slightly.

Quite common are the recipes for making cupcakes in condensed milk. 4 eggs are mixed with a can of condensed milk, vanillin and a bag of baking powder are also placed here. The resulting mass is divided into two parts. In one of them put a softened margarine (100 grams) and flour (200 grams). In the other, as much flour and melted tiles of dark chocolate. Both mixtures are well mixed. In the form, where the marble cake will be baked, dark and light dough is alternately laid out. The dish is baked at a minimum temperature of about an hour. From above it is watered with glaze. To do this, melted 50 grams of butter, it adds tiles of dark chocolate, a couple of spoons of milk and the same amount of sugar, boiled and poured into a ready cake.

The following recipe also has a wide application. Half-cup (100 grams) of butter is beaten in a creamy mass, here half a cup of sugar, a pinch of vanillin is added. Gradually, 4 eggs are hammered in, 2 spoons of sour cream are put. The flour is sieved, mixed with a small amount of baking powder, poured into the remaining ingredients. The dough should be slightly liquid. Then it is divided into equal parts, one of which is placed cocoa. The dough is laid out alternately, after which it is put in the oven for an hour at 180 degrees. The finished marble cake is left to cool for a while, after which it is recommended to water glaze.
