Very tasty and easy-to-prepare recipe for bagels.

Recipe 1

You will need: 3 tbsp. Flour; 0.5 tbsp. Milk; Dry yeast (2 tsp); 200 grams of margarine (it must be taken out of the refrigerator for 20 minutes before cooking); 1 tbsp. Sahara; 2 tsp. Cinnamon.

Preparation:

In the milk, add the yeast, mix and leave for 5 minutes. Then add the flour and margarine and knead the dough. The dough should turn out to be elastic (it is necessary that it rolls well). Some housewives add more milk or 1 egg for greater elasticity, but this is not always required, try without them first. Divide the resulting dough into approximately 8 parts, roll each part into a ball and cover with a towel. Let them stand for 20-30 minutes, then you can start cooking.

Sprinkle the work surface with a small amount of flour and roll a thin round layer from one ball. Try to make it thinner. Divide the resulting circle into 8-12 pieces (following the example of slicing cake) to make triangles. If you make bagels without stuffing, just fold the triangles into a tube, starting at the wide edge. Next, each bagel is smeared in vegetable oil or melted margarine (as you like) and pour in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. It is better if the sugar is large.

We put the bagels on a greased baking tray and put in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for 15-20 minutes.

If you want to make bagels with a filling, then before wrapping them, put a filling on the wide edge and roll it up. Those who do not like cinnamon, you can mix the sugar with vanillin, cocoa or something else. The filling can be different: jam, boiled condensed milk, jam, candied fruit - the main thing that the filling is not too liquid, then it will not flow. Of this number of ingredients, the output is about 70 pieces and the cooking time is not more than an hour.

And here's another very delicious recipe for bagels from cottage cheese, you'll need to prepare them:

400gr of cottage cheese, 250gr butter of butter (margarine), 400gr of flour, 250gr of sugar and baking powder (2 tsp)

Preparation:

The oil should be at room temperature. Rub it with cottage cheese, add to the resulting mass of baking powder and flour and knead the dough. The dough should be loose, but elastic. After this, hold the dough for an hour in the refrigerator. After you get the dough, divide it into 2-3 parts and roll each one into a circle. Each circle sprinkle a small amount of sugar and stick it with a rolling pin, once again passing through the sugar. Cut the circle into triangles and roll up the bagels.

On the baking sheet you can put a greased sheet of parchment and spread on it bagels. Before you put them, dip one side of the bagels into sugar. Bake it for 25 minutes, at a temperature of 180 degrees. I hope that this recipe for bagels will please you and your household.
