In general, everything is done as in the preparation of sweets for glazing, but only after turning the syrup into a white mass, it is mixed with cocoa and grated chocolate. Chocolate mixture is slightly heated, and then laid out on a baking sheet. The resulting layer of 2 centimeters is leveled, cooled and cut into pieces. Such sweets are served for tea and coffee.
