Unusual dish for our table - potato pa

It is difficult to imagine our life without the use of such an "emigrant" from America, like potatoes. Many people do not even know how they can live without the delicious smell of fried potatoes, but there are few people who can clearly tell what the potato is like. But this dish is no less appetizing and tasty than French fries. There are several options for cooking this food. We present to your attention only a small part of the options for cooking dishes under the unusual name of "potato pai".

The first recipe will require a minimum of products. The potato of the pie, the recipe of which is given here, is prepared from 0.5 kg of potatoes, 4 pages of spoons of starch (preferably potato), vegetable oil (intended for frying) and table salt (to taste). The method of preparing it for cooking is simple:

  1. Clean and wash the potatoes, dry it with a paper towel, then rub on a fairly large grater. Potato chips are spread on a paper towel or napkins so that the starch on its surface is slightly dry.
  2. The sifted starch is added with a fine grinding salt and chips potato chips in it.
  3. Prepared potatoes are dipped in boiling vegetable oil, and fry until a golden crust appears.
  4. The roasted potatoes are removed from the fat and spread on a paper towel to drain excess fat. This dish is an excellent garnish for any meat or fish dishes.

Another option of the potato-share dish is even easier than the first recipe. For its preparation, only potatoes, vegetable oil and fine salt are required. Peeled and washed potatoes are rubbed on a large grater. In this case, the grater for preparing Korean carrots is also excellent . The resulting potatoes are thoroughly washed in water and dried on a paper towel. The best option is to use a specially deep fryer. In case of its absence, the prepared potatoes are dropped in small portions into a strongly heated oil and fried until ready. It is necessary to closely monitor the frying process, as thin potatoes are very quickly roasted and can simply "burn" in a frying pan. The potato is soldered after it has been removed from the vegetable oil (directly on a paper towel).

In addition to the recipes on which it is possible to prepare ordinary potatoes, there are also recipes in which this product is one of the ingredients. So your attention is offered a salad with potatoes, cooked with chicken breast. The whole calculation of the ingredients is made for 1 serving. To prepare this delicious and nutritious dish you will need such products:

  • Chicken fillet - 50g;
  • Fresh cucumbers - 50 g;
  • Pickled cucumbers - 50 g;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • Mayonnaise of average fat content - 30-40 g;
  • Leaf lettuce - 15 g;
  • Potato shares - 30 g;
  • Pickled mushrooms (preferably white) - 30 g;
  • Chopped herbs - 5 g;
  • Chopped green onion - 10 g;
  • Fine salt - 1 g;
  • Ground pepper - according to your taste.

Preparation

Chicken fillet cut into small pieces, salt, pepper and fry in a pan until fully cooked. The potato is prepared by one of the above methods. Marinated and fresh cucumbers are cut into small cubes. In a salad bowl, spread and mix chicken breast, cucumber, finely chopped garlic, greens and spring onions, mayonnaise and salt. On the portioning plate along the perimeter, washed and dried leaves of lettuce are placed , and on its center is a mixture of all the ingredients. They are laid on top of the chilled potatoes of the unit. On the edge of the dish, nicely placed marinated mushrooms are cut into thin plates. This dish will become a real favorite of any table.
