Chicken soup with dumplings: a recipe for cooking

Soup with dumplings is a predominantly Ukrainian dish, however, just like bacon, it is quite common throughout the territory of the former Soviet republics, including Russia. There are a lot of recipes for its preparation. In fact, it's soup, in which small pieces of dough are cooked. In this case, dumplings can be not only flour, but also made from cottage cheese, vegetables and so on. It is worth noting that soup with dumplings, a recipe of which can be chosen anyway, in all cases will turn out a delicious and fragrant dish for lunch.

Before you prepare soup with dumplings, you need to prepare the ingredients that you need. First of all, it's a broth. It can be cooked, of course, from any meat, but the most suitable is in this case chicken. In addition, carrots and onions will be needed, which are cleaned and cut into small cubes, as well as potatoes (cut into strips). In a boiling broth, potatoes go down, onions and carrots are passaged in sunflower oil. At this time, the dough is prepared, from which the dumplings will be made. The water heats up on the fire until the moment when he can tolerate the hand, pours out into the flour, the egg is added - the dough should become quite steep. It is rolled out by the sausage and cut into small pieces that fall into the broth together with a roast for about 10 minutes after the potatoes. Everything is cooked for about 10 minutes, salt, pepper is added, after which chicken soup with dumplings is ready. A piece of boiled chicken meat is put in a plate, a soup is poured, which is filled with greens and sour cream.

To make soup with dumplings, you can take a recipe and such. In addition to the broth, a few average potatoes, as many fresh tomatoes, carrots, onions, celery root are taken. To prepare dumplings you need a glass of slightly warm milk, eggs, flour, salt. After the chicken boiled, put the onion and tomatoes in broth, boil for 20 minutes. Tomatoes are extracted, slightly cooled, peeled from them, and the pulp is kneaded with a fork. Boiled onions are not needed, so it can be thrown away.

In the frying pan, where the preheated vegetable oil is located, fry another crushed bulb, carrots cut into cubes, softened tomatoes, crushed celery root are added here. Some time all stewed. If desired, tomatoes can be replaced with tomato paste or add it additionally if the roast has a pale color. Potatoes are laid out in the broth. After it is cooked until half cooked, vegetables are added to it.

The flour is poured out in the form of a hill, in the center of which a small depression is made. The eggs are broken here, milk is gradually added. Mix a tight dough, from which cut out a small-sized dumplings. They are lowered into the broth before the vegetables are finally cooked, salt, spices, herbs are added. Such soup with dumplings, the recipe of which is rather simple, is served well with sour cream, and in the plates add circles of boiled egg.

In order to cook soup with dumplings, the recipe of which does not require too many ingredients, it will take less time, and the result can be terrific. In addition to the usual dough, you can add cottage cheese dumplings (cottage cheese is added egg, a little flour or semolina, kneaded dough) or vegetable (in the dumpling is added minced vegetables, such as potatoes, zucchini or others). You can add in the process of cooking tomato paste or leave the soup pleasant golden color. Chicken meat is best laid directly on the plates in small pieces. The soup turns out to be very satisfying and aromatic, for good reason it is considered one of the most popular first dishes among many peoples.
