Oat biscuits: a recipe with nuts and black raisins

Necessary ingredients for dessert:

  • Hercules (oat flakes) - 260 g;
  • Butter creamy melted - 160 g;
  • Sand sugar - 4 large spoons (can be slightly more);
  • Vanilla sugar - 2 large spoons;
  • Chicken egg large - 1 pc .;
  • Wheat sifted flour - 120 g;
  • Baking powder for base - 1 dessert spoon;
  • Walnuts, peeled - 65 g;
  • Black pitted raisins - 3 large spoons.

Preparation of the dough

The recipe for oatmeal cookies at home can include completely different ingredients. We decided to make such a dessert along with walnuts and raisins. To begin with, you need to take oat flakes (Hercules) and fry them a little in a pan (dry). Next, the oatmeal must be mixed with carefully washed and dried nuts, and then crushed into a large crumb with a blender.

Also, the recipe for oatmeal cookies at home involves the use of ingredients such as butter (well melted), vanillin, chicken egg and sugar. All these components must be combined and mixed with a blender until homogenous. After this, the resulting mixture is required to lay out to oat flakes and nuts, adding wheat flour and baking powder, and then mix a thick dough that sticks to the hands a little.

Dry fruit processing

In addition to the walnut, the recipe for oatmeal cookies at home also includes black raisins (pitted).
