To date, the labor market presents a huge number of vacancies for both beginners and experienced managers. What is the specialty of management, such as the academic discipline? In essence, a manager is a person who perfectly knows the skills of managing personnel.

Almost all higher educational institutions offer applicants to choose the specialty "management", and the proposal is in great demand. Ideally, in the place of the manager of the company there should be a responsible, purposeful person who can lead the masses and is able to create in the team a "sense of elbow". The presence of leadership qualities is an indispensable and indispensable condition for successful work in this field.
