'Smetannik': cake and cake

"Smetannik" - a cake or a cake - a great idea for the hostess, who decided to please the household on a day off, as well as a win-win decision in the event of the arrival of guests. In the latter version of the dessert, you only need to spend a few extra minutes for a more refined piece of jewelry. Such delicacies will please everyone, including even those who do not like cakes with butter cream or condensed milk.

They say that the sour cream owes its appearance to the caprice of Emperor Alexander II, who ordered the cook to submit to his table a dessert from a whole bottle of sour cream. Probably, the court cook, preparing the sour cream, how to bake it, invented it on the go. Today, there are a lot of time-tested recipes for this dessert, which you can boldly cook without worrying about how well everything will turn out. Because everything will turn out perfectly! The most important thing is to store a lot of sour cream on the eve of cooking.

Classic "Smetannik"

The cake should be prepared from the dough. In the form put 2 eggs and a glass of sugar, whip everything until the components are completely dissolved. Extinguish with a little vinegar soda (a few grams). Add a glass of thick sour cream and whisk until smooth. After that, you can mix flour into the dough (roughly a glass).

Divide the resulting mass into three parts. Pour the first part into a baking dish and place in the oven (200-220 degrees) for about 8-9 minutes. It is best to use glassware. Baking cakes can also be in a microwave (at a power of 600 watts). Bake as a second cake. In the last part of the test, add cocoa (a teaspoonful), bake the last cake. Cool all ready-made cakes.

To prepare the cream, place in the deep dishes sour cream (400 grams), sugar (100 grams) and a bag of vanilla sugar. Beat with a mixer.

Collecting cake, cake with cocoa, place in the middle between white, all with a good cream.

Smetannik - cake, which most effectively looks like chocolate glaze. To make it, mix the sugar (4 tablespoons), cocoa (one tablespoon) and sour cream (about 100 grams). The mixture should be cooked on a small light for 2-3 minutes, before turning off, adding a teaspoon of butter.

Sour cream cake "Prague"

Grind two eggs with two glasses of sugar, add a little condensed milk, vanilla sugar, thin sour cream (400 grams). Gently pour in the flour to make a batter. Bake with one cake in the oven at medium temperature.

For cream, mash 200 g of butter with the same amount of condensed milk, adding to the mixture a tablespoon of cocoa.

Finished the cake in half cut with a knife in the horizontal direction. Lower the cake well with cream, sprinkle with nuts. Put the top half of the cake on top, tighten it with your hands. Remains of cream to cover the top and sides of the cake, decorate the top with nuts and berries.

Cake "Smetannik"

Mix 250 g of melted margarine with one and a half glasses of sugar, add a quarter of a liter of sour cream, then pour in flour, a little salt and baking powder for dough. The consistency of the finished dough should be such that it can be rolled out a layer about a centimeter thick. Form crusts for pastries and bake them in the oven (180 degrees) for about 20 minutes, until lightly browned. Cut a few crusts into crumbs to crumble.

Another quarter liter of sour cream to dissolve kefir, to get 400 milliliters of liquid, add sugar to taste. In the resultant sweet sauce soak the cakes (keep each for about 3 minutes). Roll the crusts in crumbs. Spread them one by one on a dish, combining several pieces of sour cream, jam or condensed milk among each other. If desired, you can decorate cakes with berries, marmalade, nuts.
