Buns sweet simple with sugar

Dough:

For baking, prepare yeast dough, mixed with kefir. To do this, pour a glass of kefir into the cup, add to it half a glass of vegetable oil and put in a microwave for two minutes. Can be heated in an iron cup or saucepan on a gas stove, most importantly, do not bring to a boil, the mass should not get too hot.

Next, put a tablespoon of sugar and a similar amount of salt in a bowl of yogurt, mix everything. Take a large bowl, pour into it about three glasses of flour and a packet of dry yeast, mix. Pour the mixture of yogurt into flour, knead well. If the dough is too liquid, add more flour, as a result, it should turn out to be dense, like a dumplings.

Formation:

Cut the dough into balls, roll out the thin ones, size at the discretion of the landlady, you can have a diameter of 15 centimeters. Each bit of oil should be smeared with vegetable oil and sprinkled with sugar (a teaspoon for one juices). Screw it into a roll, fold it in half, and then cut it along one side to half, beginning with the folding point. The cut pieces are diluted to the sides and straightened, the buns are sweet in the form of a heart.

Bake on medium heat until crusty, about 20 - 30 minutes.

Puff pastry with nuts

For cooking, you can use already prepared yeast puff pastry from the store. Roll out the dough for strips with a diameter of 10 centimeters, but do not strongly roll out, otherwise the dough will not be airy.

Each strip is richly greased with honey and sprinkled with walnuts. Roll into a roll, fold with a ring, tighten the edges tightly, so that the ring does not fall apart during baking. On top of each bun with a yolk and sprinkle with sesame. Send to the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. The buns will turn out to be sweet, lush and very beautiful!

English buns with raisins

The recipe is very simple. Three eggs beat up with half a cup of sugar, add 100 grams of softened butter, beat until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Stirring constantly, pour a glass of cold milk and 2.5 cups of flour. All is very good to move and add the last ingredient - 100 grams of raisins, again knead the dough.

Baking tray with butter, from the dough to form small-sized balls and lay out for baking. If you want to give buns a ruddy color, you can lubricate them with milk or whipped egg yolk. Bake buns are sweet at 200 degrees for no more than 20 minutes. The whole cooking time will take 40 minutes. Fast and tasty!

Buns with cream and chocolate

Dough:

A packet of dry yeast mixed with three tablespoons of warm water and a pinch of sugar, wait 15 minutes and mix with the rest of the ingredients. This is a kilogram of flour, 50 grams of sugar, a teaspoon of salt and five eggs, then gradually introduce 350 grams of butter. Mix everything, the dough should get tight, leave it for two hours.

Cream:

Three egg yolks whisk with 50 grams of sugar and two tablespoons of starch, pour a glass of hot milk. Mix everything, pour into the saucepan and bring to a boil, keep on the fire for two minutes, stirring constantly. Add a little vanillin, cool and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

Roll the dough into a rectangle half a centimeter thick, cover the entire surface with cream and crumbs of chocolate. Fold the dough on the basis of the envelope, tightly tearing the seams. Cut into buns to make 12 pieces.

Roll the buns on a baking tray, grease the egg and bake for 20 minutes.
